I have known Ingrid for over 30 years and can attest that I have never had a bad haircut. In fact, she is the only hair stylist that I have been totally satisfied every single time. All of the women I know are extremely happy with her and her staff. I spoke with her about the negative review and know that she and her team are not at fault. DO NOT HESITATE TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT WITH HER. You will be totally satisfied and I can see the smile on your face from here!

I’ve been a regular customer of Aimee’s at Ingrid’s Salon for at least 3 years. Most of my family are regular customers, including my mom and siblings.
Aimee is very talented and skilled at her profession. She has an eye for creative color, and always gives me the cut and style that I asked for; she knows how to work with my thick curly hair (which is very heat damaged from me trying to keep it straight).
Ever since I have been going consistently for trims, I can definitely say that my hair is 10x healthy than it has ever been. The products they recommend and carry are excellent for my hair type. A great location, friendly staff and relaxing atmosphere with services that won’t break the bank. I would highly recommend Ingrid’s salon for people of all ages, men, women and children.

This salon is a disaster and I regret coming to get my hair done there. I was in there Saturday for an Ombré (which turned out terrible) and Wednesday (to get the color fixed). The only reason I came back on Tuesday was to give Aimee another chance to correct the color she did the first time, big mistake. My «highlights» look like a 12 year old did them, they are not close to the scalp which you can clearly see when I wear my hair up AND a lot of the highlights are an orangish-​red color which I have no idea how that color came about. I am not even sure how the owner or their stylist would let someone walk out of the door looking like that. I am sure Aimee could clearly see the orangish-​red color when she was blow drying my hair because I know I could see it but after sitting in there for another 3.5 hours I was ready to leave. They charged me again for the second time I came in to get my hair fixed and I feel I should not have been charged a SECOND time since they were correcting their mistake. I have been to other salons and if I did not like how it turned out or if the stylist made a mistake, they fixed it FREE of charge. For two visits to this «salon» it cost me well over $ 200 for work that is unacceptable and STILL has to be corrected. I am not sure how they stay in business because this is the most atrocious salon I have ever been to in my life. I urge anyone reading this to save their money and please find a more reputable place to get their hair done.
