We’ve just recently started going here and we’re very happy with the service we receive. The staff is knowledgeable and very friendly.

Everyone here is incredibly kind and friendly! They will help with you with any questions or concerns you may have. Dr. Ray is awesome and definitely knows what he is talking about. I will be coming back in the future!

I really liked the eye doctor I saw here. He was nice and very helpful. I went in to get an eye exam and new contacts. I had a pair of glasses and he told me I didn’t really need a new pair since I don’t even wear them that often. But when I walked out to the store front the manager was so pushy about selling me glasses as well as the contacts so I gave in just so I could get out of there. When I left he said «thanks for coming in even though we didn’t get much money out of you». I know he was trying to be funny but I thought that was rude to say… They were supposed to call me when my contacts came in but never did and I forgot so I went somewhere else thinking I had already picked them up and misplaced them. I didn’t want to go back there since the guy was so pushy and annoying. Then he texts me a year later (so unprofessional) asking if I’m going to pick them up so I said I would and he tells me I have a $ 60 balance. I went in and he gave me a hard time about going somewhere else and said I «didn’t handle this the right way». I told him they never called me so I assumed I had already picked them up and he argued that he did. When I told him again he didn’t he said «check with your secretary». Then he told me to «pay up». Rude! So I pulled out my receipt showing paid in full. Good thing I kept that receipt! I will not be going back there. He thinks he’s funny but his jokes are borderline insulting. It’s a shame since I like the eye doctor but have no interest in ever dealing with that manager again.

I cracked my glasses, was not a customer before hand. They got me right in, with great customer service. Had a new pair of glasses under a half hour. Just wonderful!
Great place to go.
