I am giving this place two stars because the staff was really friendly and nice to work with. That is about the end of the good points. Four out of the six tuxedos rented for my wedding had issues ranging from pants that were three inches too short, to a broken zipper, to a frayed tie, to the wrong color vest being ordered for the groom. The shirts were extremely cheap, and I was shocked that the tie was not an actual tie, but a «tie-​less» tie. When we selected the tuxedos we were told we chose their top of the line. Based on the quality, I wouldn’t want to see a less expensive tuxedo.

You are really rolling the dice if you go here. I went here as part of a wedding party. When we were getting fitted, many of us questioned the measurements and were assured everything was good. When we picked up the tuxes, about 75% of the people had something wrong with their suits. Luckily, we went a couple days in advance and they were able to replace everything in time. If you don’t go in advance, however, you are risking having your attire ready to go.
They may get better in time, but for now, I recommend you find a more reliable source.

This is such a beautiful place to rent or buy a tuxedo. The staff was very nice, helpful and informative, and the selection in all price points is great! I had such a nice experience today renting a tux for my son for an upcoming wedding. The display of the various tuxedos is beautiful… no more just looking in catalogs… everything is all there to see and touch and try on. I would never go anywhere else to rent a tuxedo! Thank you for making this experience so enjoyable!!!
