Well this is an easy review because it is Wal-​Mart need I say more. You want me to say more You say we’ll ok the best way to describe this Wal-​Mart would be a people of Wal-​Mart heaven some real interesting people coming here. That’s about all I have sorry haha a.

This place is horrible! It is extremely dirty, employees are rude!
I went to the water bottle isle and asked a male worker for a Fiji water since he was fixing them. He never looked at, handed me a dirty bottle that probably has been sitting there for months. I said thank you and he never once said you’re welcome! I’ve purchased a shirt, went home and there was a hole. Purchased a computer desk, went home opened the box and a part of the desk was broken. My fiancé bought me a beats pill… When we first opened it, the seal was broken and the charger port was broken (seems like an employee tampered with it) never again will I go there. Target down the road is wayyy better. I rather pay a little extra and KNOW what I’m buying is better quality than this dirty place!

Sadly had to change my review to a less positive one. For all the registers they have and employees walking around there are never enough registers open. Starting to have a run down and unkempt appearance. Customer service returns have also turned into a greater nightmare if that’s even possible. Only come out of absolute necessity now. Be prepared to wait and wait and wait.

Keep your hand on your purse if you want to keep your money. Hey, CINNAMINSON twp! Why are my tax dollars paying for our police to live in the Walmart parking lot? What a sloppy, sleazy space. Go to Target in Delran.

If you go to other Walmarts, like the one in Burlington, you can see why this is a one star store.
It is seldom neat, The managers are lazy and just walk around while most of the staff look sad and miserable. Avoid,
The only reason for 2 stars is the auto service center is fantastic!

Apparently this location hasn’t yet been updated to a grocery supercenter, anyway they weren’t any better priced than ShopRite where we usually go.

Awful customer service. Site-​to-​store is a joke– they messed up my order and didn’t care at all about forcing me to sign for something i did NOT order. Severely understaffed and those that work are slow as molasses– waited in line to return my INCORRECT site-​to-​store order for 19 minutes. Not an exaggeration.
Wrote an email to corporate about the situation and did not hear back, customer service overall is a joke. I’ll stick to target for everything.

EXTREMELY HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! ordered a bicycle online to pick up (site to store) spoke to the manager and she said said that the person who assembles the bicycle (which was free of charge) comes in only once a week. almost 3 weeks went by and still the bike was not assembled! Don’t even bother calling because you will get transferred numerous times. Also you will get no help if you try to call an associate from the «site to store» pick up. You need to go straight to the customer service desk.

This is just a horrible place to shop/​be. The store is ALWAYS filthy, employees are very rude and rarely do their job. Went there to pick up an internet to store order and waited for over an hour to pick up the order. I ended up finding out that the employee that was looking for my order decided they needed to go on lunch in the middle of searching for my order. I didn’t find out that they went on lunch until I went to complain to customer service because of the long wait. The only thing this store is good for is the Redbox kiosk. Otherwise it is just a horrible place that draws in some pretty horrible people.

This store is dirty with a distinctive odor that greets you at the door. English is not always spoken or understood by the workers, but then again the same goes for a majority of the customers. Before we had Walmart in this area, the only one I had been to was in Myrtle Beach. It was very clean, big with wide aisles and a great large grocery section, and the workers were mostly very friendly retired folks. This Walmart shares none of those features. The only thing that is has going for it is convenience. Other than that it’s a dump with rude checkout people and a dangerous parking lot. The Target a mile or two north on 130 is a much more civilized place to shop.
