All Air Inflatables

My son and his friends had a blast using the Pirate bounce house/​slide. We had his party on a 100 degree day and upgraded to the water capabilities and I couldn’t get them out. The company called the day before to confirm, came out the following morning setup at the time they scheduled and took it down the time they scheduled. No issue, good times.

They just cancelled on me 4 days before my son’s 7^th birthday.
We used them (husband and wife team) 2 years in a row because the 3^rd year was to be ½ off. Well, the wife decided not to honor that deal because they moved to Lincoln (I’m in Elk Grove) and claimed that the gas was too much. So I offered to pay for the gas ($ 40) and she declined; now the labor was too much.
I was a little irritated at that point and challenged their business ethics. I didn’t yell or anything, but it was clear I wasn’t happy. She got irritated and told me I could cancel if I wanted, to which I replied, «no, my wife would kill me» and then I thanked her for hearing me out. Two minutes later she called me back and cancelled because I «argued over their prices».

THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU for SAVING my nephew’s birthday party yesterday when the other company decided to cancel 15 minutes prior to his party!!! I should have told my sister-​in-​law about you guys first!!! Telling all our family and friends about your EXCELLENT service!
