This review is based on their online website and costumer service. I ordered a drum and case($ 135) on November 17th for a Christmas present. On December 2nd I haven’t received an email/call or my product! I called multiple times, left voice-mails and sent emails, both through gmail and through their website(some which got bounced back to me). I also sent a Facebook email and have not received my drum. Not to mention, the transaction went through on my credit card! I now have to hope my credit card company will drop the charge since I didn’t receive the product. I ordered the exact product off on Monday and received my product today, Friday. Would I have been mad if they called and said, «hey their is an issue», a little, but I would understand. I could then see when I would get the product and could plan appropriately so I can guarantee I would get what I want for X-mas. To charge my card, not send the product, and not respond to anything is poor costumer service. Especially when I need this product for Christmas which is less then a week away! I planed ahead and ordered well in advance so their is no excuse. I hope other people don’t end up having the same problem. Hopefully the company will see this review, and make sure this doesn’t happen to anyone else, especially since it’s around the holidays! Thank you
