Antelope Woods Apartments

I moved in with my best friend at Antelope Woods, she recommended this place after she lived here with her brother the year before. Any time we need a repair, the maintenance man shows up within 20 minutes. The two women that run the office are SO nice and always helpful (although I believe they are leaving in March). I have heard of vehicle break ins in the back parking lots but I have never had any issues. The grounds are fairly quiet with the exception of a few parties from time to time. I haven’t had any issues living here. The apartments are well maintained, no insect or rodent issues. I thought we had mice in the attic but it turned out to be birds nesting in our roof, so that didn’t bother me! :)
We did have problems with homeless people in the dumpsters but haven’t seen anything lately since they upgraded the locking gates/​doors that surround the dumpsters themselves. It is a very decent apartment complex to live in for a low income family or young adults moving out.
