This is the worst gas station I ever went to. The customer service and management is extremely rude. I purchased gas and a slurpy. I was charged twice for the slurpy. When I noticed it and mentioned it they said I had someone with me… even went as far as checking my car for an extra slurpy. I just walked away… the stress of dealing with this clerk and management is not worth $ 1.79. In the future I will never go here for any purchases. If I could rate this a 0. it would still be a –0

Avoid the bathroom here. The key is attached to a cup. This morning on my way to work I needed gas and stopped here. I also needed to hit the restroom. I went inside to get the key. Upon walking around to the back I noticed that the cup was warm for some reason. The cup was full of urine and the key was submerged in it! I told the manager that this was a bad idea and a public health hazard. I tried to tell him to attach it to something else. His reply was, «no, it is a good idea because otherwise someone would steal my key.» Urine can contain a myriad of communicable diseases including hepatitis CMV and HIV. Any business owner willing to subject customers to this should be put out of business! I am reporting this to a public health inspector.

Rude management and staff that appears to deal with customer service issues by first profiling the customer. Basically I needed to verify that a transaction didn’t happen twice. Clerk was rude, so I asked for the manager. Manager came, clerk talked over, didn’t let me talk to the manager. Guessing this is normal because I asked the manager«do I get to speak» and he offered«lets go someplace quieter» which was outside, where he told me have a good day. The suspicion of profiling came because the clerk and manager were using clear body language to have a conversation around me. Bottom line is BP-ARCO franchise store is rude, unfriendly and apparently figure that if you are of color, you are not worth high quality customer service. Furthermore, with the store packed, they had one cashier operating two registers and he was a jerk, not able to complete a transaction, which lead to multiple swipes of a debit card which appeared to register. It will be easy to not ever buy any gas from this station and avoid any ARCO in Northern California due to the franchise status and lack of real customer support. Already shredded the ARCO and BP cards.

i went in here after work(monday, 12-02-2013) and bought a couple of items to eat. i also had one of their«mix and match 5» drink cards where you get a free drink after getting all the punches on the card. i got my drink and gave them the card. the cashier then asked the manager/owner if he can accept«the card since it had last year’s punches on it»!!! the owner said«no! it’s no good!!!» i pointed out that the card has an expiration date of 12÷31÷13 on it and also i last used it just a few months ago at the arco at the sac airport!!! still the owner/manager held steadfast on his business policies over his customer friendly policies and denied me the free drink i earned!!! also, i now recall using an arco coupon some time ago which was still valid from the entertainment book there which they also did not honor!!! do not patronize this unfriendly customer business which do not honor any of their coupons and cards!!!
