I bought new home ²⁄₁₅ and they were garage installers. They later Came to install electronic garage door opener for $ 50 ³⁄₁₅. Did not leave manual to set up how to change passcode because it was private. He came by when I was at work. I called him to help me change code and he referred me to back of keypad, which was not the way he set it up. Else he’s gonna charge me $ 50 to come back. But he knew my code? Anyhow.
I tried to change code with the basic instructions on keypad, but messed up code. I called him to help me change passcode, but he still wanted the $ 50. After arguing he agree to show me steps at a certain time, but he didn’t answer his phone after multiple calls. I called builder because it was new home. he then offered to come by to help fix code, but I had already called garage manufacturer to get instructions.

First review!!! Thank you to Pat for coming out to fix our garage door on short notice. Our garage door broke on Tuesday around 4pm and after calling several local places from Unilocal and leaving messages, we were referred to Bell’s from a Genie representative. They were available the next day at 5pm at a competitive price.
Pat arrived on time and fixed and converted a broken spring (I have no idea what that means) in about 35 minutes. He was nice and explained to me what he did. I would recommend this company and will use them again.
