SAVE YOUR MONEY, TIME, AND PRIDE! One star is generous. The owner is very rude, and lied when I asked him his name! Haha, a liar about mostly everything, actually. I have had the exact same experience as most of the unsatisfied customers on here…1) my clothes were ruined, 2) the owner lied and said it was already ruined, and 3) he was bad-​mannered and uncivil. He cares a lot about poor Unilocal reviews… you’d think he would try to do something about his 1.5 stars.

This is sad! After probably 15 years of going to this cleaners once a week, $ 100 dollars a month, I get treated like this. I had a mishap with a dress. The girl at counter, of course was of no help. I asked for owner to call me. He never did. When I called, guess what he said. It’s not our fault! Imagine that! After arguing the situation I said «it’s a shame after all these years I have to find a new dry cleaner» His response «I own 12 dry cleaner in this area, so chances are it will be mine» UGH! All he had to do was apologize and pay me for the dress. Good customer service goes a long way.
In response to Marc A. Comments he agreed to sew back the piece that was ruined in your establishment. I strongly suggest you revoke your comments about Ukrainians, because as you’re well aware those words NEVER came out of my mouth. Yes I said I did not like her because she’s unfriendly and was of no help. Thank you

Bad. Bad. Bad.

This is a response to the reply to my original review. The jacket was NOT in poor condition until Chase cleaner finished with it!!! This was the first time it was «cleaned» and I purchased it from Nordstrom for $ 160; it was less than a year old. My husband most certainly did not agree to such a statement that it was «in poor condition». I am not surprised that they are lying about this, but how do you prove it??? I didn’t even ask them for a refund of the $ 17 it cost to have the jacket ruined by them because the owner who was never available when I called. When I took my now ruined jacket to Swanson’s Cleaners in Granite Bay, they said it looked like it was pressed immediately after a black item was pressed and it bled onto my jacket. My jacket was orange; now it’s a very ugly black/​orange. I should have taken them to small claims court. Strongly suggest you avoid this «cleaners». ZERO STARS

I took in my expensive dress shirt to have it dry cleaned. Once I got it back it had pink stains all over it. I recently got that shirt from nordstroms and I feel as if they did not provide me with good clothing care. I do not recommend bringing your clothes to get dry cleaned here.

Wow… not sure why I read all these reviews and still decided to give this place a shot. The service is disgusting! And the manager is horrible. ²⁄₃ of the blouses i gave them were RUINED. Save yourself the headache and insults and go on Save On Cleaners on Greenback Lane. Never again would I step into this place!!!

This place is awful. I took in some newly purchased work shirts and got them back. I paid and left and when I got home I realized all of my BRAND NEW shirts were ruined. Reading some of the past reviews now it’s clear to me I shouldn’t have gone here in the first place. Now all of my 100+ dollar shirts are ruined with yellow chemicals all over the sleeves.

Horrible! This is the worst dry cleaners I have gone to in my life! I always dry clean my new clothes and decided to try this place out. When I came to pick up my clothing there were chemical stains all over them. The «manager» mark tried to tell me that the clothing was already like like that. Even though I took the tags off the clothing inside when dropping off! Not only were my clothes ruined, I was also insulted by the manager when trying to get my money back. This an absolutely horrible place. DO NOT GET YOUR DRY CLEANING DONE HERE!

I brought in a 100% silk blouse from Banana Republic. I pre paid $ 3.50 and he said pick up next day. When I picked it up there was a snag that was not there before! He claimed it was from the chemical they used to treat the stain. He was not very concerned and did not even apologize! Do not try this place if you care about your clothes.
