Citrus Heights Mower

I brought my chain saw in last month and explained my problem and they were able to diagnose and fix the problem on the spot.
I just recently brought my riding lawn mower in and had them fix my belt drive problem. They fixed the belt, replaced my old split gas cap with a used (fully functional gas cap :)) and fixed my parking brake (which was probably an adjustment) for the price of a belt replacement. The belts on my vari-​drive transmission require a lot of skill and effort to service, whoever worked on my mower had both. They went beyond just reading the work order and did what made sense, the is a rare quality in service work.
They are always very busy. I have never seen the service staff lose there courteous tone and are always friendly and fair with their customers, all this in a very high paced stressful environment.
I highly recommend this shop.

Just got my lawnmower back home and am thrilled with the work that was done. It did take about a month because these guys are that busy… however, it was well worth the wait!!! My lawnmower now fires up with one pull… even on a cold start. Highly recommend this place!

I have brought my chainsaw in 4 times in the past several months, and spent over $ 180 in repairs. Each time I get it home it’s not running and I have to bring it back, and they keep charging more each time. They do not stand behind their work. By now I could have bought a brand new saw.

These guys are awesome! They truly exemplify customer service and take their time explaining what was wrong. For someone that doesn’t know much about mower repair, it would have been easy to take my money with me never being the wiser. Instead they worked to get it covered under warranty and explained what had happened and why. Highly recommend.
