Pretty awesome selection. I moderately know about lifting and using protein but not enough to carry on a conversation that lasts more than 1 minute without sounding like I am making things up.
The people in there meet you where you are at. And they want what is best for you. Most of the time I have a certain idea about what I want when I go in there, but there are also things that become prevalent only after after talking to one of their experts.
I recommend this place to everyone, especially if you are trying to make a healthy change.

Let’s Start with the great prices! Very competitive even with Internet prices. my Fave Whey is ½ the price compared to other stores.
Next: Seems like everyone who works here knows their stuff. Just go in & they answer all your questions. You basically can get a crash course/​tips in nutrition. This beats the other Big Name stores where they just try to upsell you on their own brand of products.
This is the only store I go to for my workout/​nutritional supplements. & you should 2. :)
Lastly, the people that work here are very friendly & give great customer service. They actually like what they do. (This must be a reflection of great owners)
