Quest Diagnostics Incorporated

I tried to get an appointment but there were none available so I took my chances as a walk in. There were 7 people waiting in line when I arrived about 6 minutes before they opened. I know it’s first come first served if you don’t have an appointment but there was only 1 phlebotomist taking patients so for the first half hour only 2 people were seen. Another phlebotomist comes in and things start moving along. I finally get called and told to wait in a room. That same phlebotomist then calls another patient and tells them to go to the end of hallway. Then I’m told that it’s me that needs leave the room and go to the end of the hallway and they mean a blood drawing station at the end of the hallway. I’m getting my blood drawn in the hallway in front of the restrooms. I can literally hear people using the restrooms while I am waiting. in the hallway. People are walking past and there is no privacy at all. Because I am in the hallway in front of the restrooms. A man helps his elderly mother to the restroom. They walk past me on their way to the restroom. She goes in and he waits outside of restroom, right in front of me. in the hallway. So he watches was I get my blood drawn. great. I waited over an hour to get seen in the hallway with absolutely no privacy whatsoever while I got to listen to people use the restroom and they got to watch me get blood drawn.

This is now my 2^nd time waiting to get my blood work done here and there’s about a little over a dozen people here and this time and last time the people that are here working aren’t helping any 1 at all or even doing people blood work that has to be done and I would not be surprised if my husband and I are here tell 4−5pm today and they don’t care if you are fasting or not it seems like for the test that have to be done!

Don’t walk in make appointment they seem to be only checking if people have appointments and then just going in the back I been here almost 40 minutes appointments have been in and out.

This is a nice place to get your blood drawn. The people are always friendly, and their real gentle with the needle.

I am always impressed with this place !! Fast and efficient !
