Starbucks

My local Starbucks and I mostly know everyone there. Wonderful customer service and a very friendly staff.

I never go to Starbucks unless I receive a gift card or for Christmas coffee! I was in there yesterday with my gift card getting a lb of coffee! The guy that took my order was great, but the guy who handed it to me, watched me walk over to the counter, because I saw him coming over. He called out that my coffee was ready. Didn’t look my way, at me or responded when I took it and said thank you! I’m glad I go in there seldom! The pikes place I brew at home is great, but the rest of their made coffees are not that good and not worth the price! Then you have to deal with the bunny hugger regulars who look down their noses at you, like, what are you doing in here? I would rather drink my coffee at home! Thank you!

They dont understand «lite ice» they need to improve their service. Getting tierd spending money there.

Miss this store. Miss the boss. Miss the people. Miss my customers. I’m at a new store but it is still going great. These people work hard. Give them a tip. Enjoy their company. They are awesome.

I just wanted to take a moment to acknowledge the exceptional customer service this Starbucks provides. I’ve been coming here for over two years now and I can’t believe how amazing this whole team is. They are polite, courteous, have a sense of humor, and ALWAYS looking for a reason to make your day. Never lose that spark! You guys are an awesome location and team. Thank you for your continued passion and fun you put into your jobs. Sincerely, a very satisfied repeat customer.

This is one of my favorite Starbucks. The star is fridley and drinks are great. They do have some regulars that get a little loud but over all good people.
If you order a drink on-​lin, you will need to ask for it. They don’t have room on the counter. I didn’t know that and waited longer than I should.

Great: The Coffee here is probably the best out of most other Starbucks locations.
The employees are great, all very good!
Some don’t like Ward the homeless man, who is there daily, but he is clean and friendly.
We are there almost everyday having discussions.

The drive through, while convenient, can be slower than just parking and going inside. The place has a great staff and is well maintained, so it’s worth going to if you’re in a pinch for some lattes. It’s not as crowded as other Starbucks in the area, which is great if you need to get some reading done

Probably the worst customer service I have ever encountered. I’ve been frequenting this Starbucks for almost a year now and I already have committed to put up with their slow as snails service because it’s just close to my house.
The interior is absolutely filthy. In fact I’m writing this inside of it right now looking at the crap stuck on the floors.
But anyway back to my experience today.
I was the only one in line and I was waiting to get my order in. There were 5 yes 5 people standing around staring past me and looking around the store talking amongst themselves. This lasted for another minute until I finally said Um Hello!!!
I started to think I was actually invisible. Than a man with a black beard goes ya I can get you over here. Like I was such an inconvenience. I gave him my order and the whole time he acted like he didn’t wanna be at his job. The whole staff there needs an attitude adjustment. Take care of your customers isn’t that your job!!?

What can I say… same quality coffee made the same way that I get it at every other Starbucks. The people are friendly, just like they are at other Starbucks. I like to come here and meet potential clients for meetings, and it’s my little office. I have closed many deals here, spent hundreds of dollars on coffee for my clients and myself in the process.

Internet speed is what I used had using Juno dial up connection. Only two people at the store and the internet is at 2.23Mbps
Next door Burger King has internet 20 times faster THAT WORKS!

This Starbucks is really clean and the staff is very thorough and what they do. Dennis was a big help and kept his cool even though it was busy and I had a simple order of hot banana bread I am definitely coming back to this location even though I don’t really drink Starbucks but Dennis made it very enjoyable for me. The drive-​through is a little crazy and it can be a tight squeeze so if you can just go inside to get coffee.

I’ve only leveraged their drive thru but have been extremely pleased with the speed, quality & consistency of their service. I haven’t had much luck with Starbuck’s drive thru’s so I’m excited that this one opened & has such great employees

Friendly Staff and nice facility, AVOID the drive-​thru like the plague!!! Slowest drive through I’ve ever been in.

This is my favorite spot for a quick tea! Mercedes’ in Drive thru has impeccable customer service. Always pleasant and quick! I’m typically a drive thru customer and always pleased with my service. Keep up the great service

I received really great service from the male barista with bird tattoos on his arm. This is one of my favorite Starbucks to go to with my sister.

I love this Starbucks! Todd is cool and so is melissa!!! I love them!
Jake is a bit stand off-​ish. He does not really talk much and closes the window.
But Todd is the funniest and he should get a Mohawk again.

First time here, it is so close and convenient for us — we’ll be back. Service was great, fast and friendly. Long line after church when we drove up, but decided to use the drive through anyway. It was actually very quick.

Slow service, long lines for no reason, orders always wrong & they over charge by 25¢-50 a drink! There is a trainer there who doesn’t know what he is doing & he is training the location the wrong way.
I hate this location!!!

I am late to the starbucks craze, but I am in full effect now.
There are two things i get regularly: bacon artisian breakfast sandwich and the iced green tea. They are both so good!
The drive thru is über convenient and the employees have always been super friendly!
