This review is for the Sunglass Hut inside of the Macy’s. I have been buying sunglasses from Sunglass Hut since 2005. I have never had any issues with Sunglass Hut before. I travel for a living and have very sensitive eyes. Whether it be in a car, boat or plane, I always have a pair of sunglasses on. So you can say I have had my fair share of experiences with Sunglass Hut. I came into the store looking for a specific pair of Raybans. I was not greeted upon arrival, was scanned up and down by the blonde girl that was working there. Her name is Alena. She went back to her laptop after looking at me and did not ask if I needed any help. I tried opening the cases but they were all locked. I suppose she heard me trying to open the drawers and told me to be careful not to touch the glass because she just cleaned them. She told me she did not have the pair I was looking for without even checking the back. I asked if she could order it for me and was told to order it at home because she was busy. Busy with what?! The store had no customers! Because of this experience I will not be buying my sunglasses from Sunglass Hut anymore. I will take my money to Nordstrom. I may not be able to use any discounts there like I did at Macy’s, but I have never been treated and know I will never be treated like that there! DONOTWASTEYOURTIMEATTHISLOCATION!!! CUSTOMERSERVICEISNONEXISTENTHERE! Sunglass Hut needs to teach their employees what customer service is!

Went there today the lady working is rude. Didn’t offer to help. She stood behind the register the whole time staring off in space. Not friendly at all. Won’t return to this store.

It was a very disappointing experience. Definitely a bummer they didn’t have the glasses we wanted(Arnette Rage XL) — nor have they had them the passed 6 months online or in store… We were told to check back in a couple weeks to have them shipped from Redding, but they can’t do it now because of the cycle count of inventory… um ok… still without my sunglasses and missed out on the promo code of 50% off. You’ve most likely lost a $ 100 + sale because of your lack of inventory… not very smart as a business… However, I will not fault the guy working there because he was very friendly and was very knowledgeable about his product.

Terrible service. I bought my sun glasses here and they gave me a giant case for them. A week later I came back wondering if I can get a smaller case and they said they couldn’t give it to me. I work for an eyewear company and I know that normally it’s not an issue

I was here today looking at sunglasses as I need a new pair. Most impressive to me was the high level of friendly customer service at this location. They went above and beyond to assist me, offer suggestions, & and they were very knowledgable about the lines of sunglasses. I highly recommend this store.

OK, so this place is way out of my price range. My style is more $ 10 sunglasses from Claire’s, not $ 100 sunglasses from Oakley. But this review is all about the exceptional customer service my husband and I received. After entering Sunrise Mall on a sprinkling Sunday evening, my husband naturally went to wipe the raindrops from his glasses. The screw to one lens popped off and rolled to who-knows-where on the mall floor. Without that screw, his lens wouldn’t stay in and he couldn’t drive us home.(I am lame and don’t know how to drive our stick-shift truck.) Enter the dude working at Sunglass Hut, our hero. He spent a generous amount of his time trying screw after screw to repair the glasses, while making friendly chit chat and generally being an awesome guy. He also seemed to know his products well when assisting other customers. I highly recommend this place just on the customer service alone.
