Gave them another try and had a much better experience. The barber was attentive and I felt like it was worth the price. I didn’t even know what kind of hair cut I wanted but I just said give me something that looks good and Meri did a great job. It is a little pricey but if you go to a 10 dollar spot you’ll see the difference. I did at least. They also throw in a hot towel at the end which was nice. Will come back.

I’ve had haircuts at this locations a few times by a young woman named Meri. She does exactly what I ask for each time, and she is very friendly and listens to what I want. I highly recommend her for haircuts!

Just got a haircut this week by Meri, who is super friendly and talented. I got the exact hair cut that I wanted. I’ve came here before and I always leave satisfied. The girls at front desk are super friendly. And the price that they charge for their cuts is amazing. Good job Meri!

I got a very bad haircut from this place couple of weeks back. My hairs have still not settled properly after growing significantly, they still look uneven due to completely careless cutting. The tall lady who cut my hair was not at all focused, was in some sort of hurry and kept talking to her colleague. They charge a premium compare to other salon but gives poor haircut, never visiting this place again.

I really like this location, all the girls that work there are very friendly. I had Meri dye and cut my hair and she really went the extra mile to make sure I was satisfied with the end result. I love getting good customer service, and always feel amazing after! Me AND my husband will be coming back :)

I go here for eye brow waxing due to pricing. It’s $ 10 to get them done and I’ve only had issues twice and it was with the same lady. Unfortunately I can’t think of her name, she’s older than most of the girls. There are 3 girls that I really like. Lucy is the absolute best for eyebrows, and Sarah is a close second. I always get compliments after they do them and everyone is always surprised when I tell them I went to supercuts. The other girl I really like, I believe her name is Mery. She remembers me when I go in, and is very personable. I’ve had her cut my hair a few times and she’s been great! These girls are the reason I return to supercuts each time

First time visiting this location and Lucy was exceptional. I walked in, sat for maybe a minute or two and Lucy called me into her chair. She listened to my needs, I received a great hair cut and she did the job in a prompt fashion but did not rush or cut any corners. She was very polite and I would not hesitate to see her again. I would highly recommend this location and definitely ask for Lucy!

I typically wouldn’t go to Supercuts but I was desperate to get my daughter a trim and they were able to get her in right away. It was clean and had a nice set up too, so I figured it couldn’t be that bad. The stylist wanted a detailed description of how I wanted my daughter’s cut but then she disagreed with everything I said I wanted. Then she literally spent 30 seconds on her hair and asked me if I wanted anything else done. I told her what I wanted but she didn’t even do it so I don’t know why she asked. Before she started the cut, I made the mistake of putting my name down to get myself a trim as well. Another lady spent about 5 minutes on my hair but it didn’t look any better. They don’t even wash your hair and they advertise a warm towel treatment with every haircut, which we didn’t get either. Oh and the lady that cut my hair was rude to my daughter. Total waste of $ 30…never again.

3 stars is «A-​OK», 4 is «Yay I’m a fan» and I’m letting you know just in case you don’t understand the star rating or think that 3 stars is a low rating. I am not necessarily a fan of Supercuts but they are in fact OK.
I’ve been to a few different locations and I have never left thinking I need to schedule my son’s next appointment. My son has a regular barber but if I need to get him a haircut and he happens to be closed, I look around for the nearest place to give him that urgent haircut. Supercuts is everywhere so… in we go.
The people working here were very polite. The woman giving my son his haircut was nice and offered him a lollipop afterwards which was very sweet. Customer service is not a problem at all at this location. The reason for A-​OK is because the haircut was not the greatest. Some areas looked very choppy and there was not good transition between the top hair that is longer down to the neckline which was shorter. I asked her to make it as short in the back as possible but still he could have gone shorter. She used both the scissors and the clippers so I thought it wouldn’t be hard. I didn’t want him showing scalp but close enough.
The haircut worked because he had grown it out longer than he likes it but it’s not my favorite or his favorite place to go to.
At least he didn’t end up with a hairline that made him look like he had a crooked 10 inch forehead like at one of the other Supercuts. True story.

The best customer service except one individual named Rhonda and I believe that is the manager. She was super rude and she yelled at the receptionist while me and other customers were in the salon. Super unprofessional! But I loved my hot cut by the stylist and the receptionists are really pretty and sweet.

Wow!!! Great service! They do call ahead appointments so the wait is very minimal. I have been coming here for many years and although most of the staff do a very good hair cut, I HIGHLY recommend Jamie! She does as good if not better than the $ 55 plus hair cuts I have gotten from high end Salons. Thanks Jamie!!!

Next door to icing on the cake Fast and cheap, decent service but a terrible parking lot.

Excellent haircuts. We’ve been going to Kwan for close to 10 yrs & we’ve never been disappointed.

I would highly recommend this Supercuts because of their friendly customer service and excellent staff. I was greeted immediately as I walked in even though they were busy. I did not have an appointment scheduled, but only had to wait 10 minutes. The lady who cut my hair was very nice and seemed to know what she was doing. She didn’t rush through my haircut and she made sure to ask me questions so she could understand exactly what I wanted. I will definitely come back to this store again.

I hate giving Supercuts a less than perfect review, having enjoyed working for the company a while ago. There was nothing wrong with the place itself, everything was clean, the products were organized, etc etc. Right when I walked in the front door though I felt like I was annoying all the employees in there. The receptionist wasn’t up front to sign me in (she wasn’t on break… just in the back somewhere) and a couple of the hairdressers just stared at me.
When the receptionist finally came up, she was rude and dressed totally ridiculously.
This is Supercuts… not a Lady Gaga concert.
While I was waiting, I noticed she was rude to every single person who came in. How does this girl have a job in customer service?
The only reason I’m not giving this place one star is because Sara did a decent job on my hair, and once I initiated a conversation with her she was nice.

Why can’t you give zero stars? That’s what this establishment deserves. Took the two kids for a quick cut and style. The 13-​year-​old boy came in with Jonas brothers style hair and left looking like a new recruit in the Army. So that’s just a trim huh? After the bottom layer had been buzzed I jumped over in an attempt to save the boy. But the hair stylist (if we can even call her that) didn’t even stop buzzing. She said, «Oh, he said a 3 and a 5». Okay, well, I’m saying stop! Then she lectured the 13-​year old until he cried about how he must tell her the proper numbers before he sits down. Seriously there were tears.
To get the 10-​year-​old girl’s hair blow dried after her cut? $ 40. And yes, that’s on top of a fee for shampoo and a fee for cutting. My total was $ 58 for her. Just totally insane. When I asked about the price breakdown, I wasn’t able to view a price breakdown or understand what costs what and why, I was just told that’s the cost of blow drying for everyone.
This was a horrible experience and no one seemed to care at the salon. Apparently the «stylists» (again, loosely translated) are running around managerless.

I dropped in for a hair cute. I asked for them just to layer my hair… Nothing difficult, Right? I should have run out the door when girl ripped the ear ring out of my ear while combing my hair out. (I had studs in) and did not even help look for it. I had to remind the girl to cut my bangs… She brushed them straight down and just cut. She did not try to blend them in or anything. I was not expecting an awesome hair cut but I did expect to leave without one side of my hair being 1 ½ inch shorter then the other side. I did not even complain I just left.

By the way my «Straight» friends (people with straight hair) are going to Connie at Supercuts and have been very happy too. :)
