Taco Bell

So I just went through drive through for a small order. «Alyssa C» as it appears on my receipt was a total bitch and threw my bag at me twice kept having me repeat my order and selecting the wrong menu items which I ordered after she finally got it correct she didn’t even say please pull forward she just stopped talking. When I pull up to the window to pay she snatches the money from me and when my food was ready she threw the first bag at me I tried to ask for napkins and hot and mild sauce and she shuts the window in my face mid sentence mind you I say may I or please and thank you. I have manners something this rude woman doesn’t have. She then proceeds to throw the second bag at me and I’m like may I please have hot and mild sauce with napkins she grabs the bag back crumples it and throws it back at me I have two sauces. I ordered a meal my husband likes extra sauce. She needs to be let go since she clearly doesn’t like working there. I give you 1 star Alyssa C. You’re rude and disrespectful.

Who’s the dumbass girl they have working nights now? I know TB is ghetto, but F@$k. If you can’t work a drive through, go work at wal-​mart.

I give this Taco Bell 5 stars because they are always friendly and have never messed up my order. The food actually looks like the food they advertise on TV. It’s never sloppy or too stingy on the cheese and it’s always hot. Good job guys

Night shift Jan 28^th… Matt your dope. You’re a great customer service guy and real easy going. We had a great experience tonight/​this morning. Our food is great and we have everything we need. Thank you :)

This is one of the best taco bell. I always go drive thru and they’re always fast and friendly. I will recommend people to go there

I saw the drive thru cashier pocket money, his name was Matt I took a video and the manager refuses to believe me nor take down a report, never go to this location.

I have never been so disappointed with a Taco Bell as I am with this particular location. The staff are rude, constantly get orders wrong and argue with customers when you bring it to their attention. Taco shells are stale more times than not. Avoid this location.

My husband and I usually work long hours at our restaurant and so we just want to unwind, not deal with any bs and get some fast food before bed. Whenever we come to this location we are always greeted and served with the best staff. Usually it’s this girl Marlana, who’s always smiling, making sure our order is correct, and is always smiling. I’ve always liked Taco Bell but I only come to this location because of the service. Keep up the good work :)

First time to visit this Taco Bell because it’s not close by my home but after today I will make the extra drive when possible to come here. Awesome customer service and the food was great. My ticket says my cashier was Bridget at the drive-​through window if she was the same one that greeted me when I picked up my food she gets 10 stars out of 5.

This had been my go to Taco Bell for a while now, and I have never had any problems here, the food always tastes like it was made fresh, they always get my order right, and the employee crew is always very hospitable and have great attitudes… But lately their fiesta salsa is really weird… I don’t know how to describe it without grossing you out, it’s very slippery and makes the food REALLY soggy. Its really slick. I don’t know how to put it in milder terms, so I’ll just say it, it feels like saliva or mucous. Definitely not what I want to be thinking about while trying to enjoy a fresco soft taco. I think it’s a new recipe they are using because that’s what I got my previous couple of visits. It’s just really gross. Please go back to the original way you guys used to make your fiesta salsa!!!

Getting food from the drive thru. As I’m getting my items, one of the employees asks me to check my bag for an item she thinks she forgot. I checked and verified I was indeed missing something. She said she just wanted to make sure I had everything. Great customer service!

My favorite Taco Bell
Super friendly staff. Never mess up out orders and the dr pepper from their drive thru tap is to die for. Marlana (sp?) the super friendly girl with colorful hair is our favorite. She always loads our bag with verde sauce and is super nice and there on a regular at nights.
(It’s pretty bad on my part when you frequent taco bell enough for the girl to know your sauce preference, much less recognize you.)

I’m not a fan of Taco Bell but this one is close to home and I wanted Chalupas today for personal reasons. I think they were excellent. I would definitely go back for more.

Potato griller is 1 $ from 2 – 5

We were lured in by the Dorito chip taco shells. Yawn. The crazy homeless guy dining there did not enhance the ambiance.

I been going to this Taco Bell before it got remodeled. They messed up maybe one or two orders. But I kept going I love there Chicken volcano tacos, then maybe appetizing order of Chicken volcano nachos btw I am not a bean guy. But then add avocado sauce on it to little extra but worth it. Damn I miss the XXL chalupa with avocado on it. I recommend this Taco Bell to others once you make custom orders. I make sure to tell them don’t forget to add this extra topping or remove a topping. I will keep going plus I love trying there new dishes which I can make into chicken to make it healthy since I am not a beef guy. Cheers enjoy.

Went ⁰⁸⁄₀₇ at 11pm upon getting back to town. Ordered the $.99 burrito supremes I kept seeing commercials for and was told that promotion had ended. The employee was actually pretty friendly though and told me they now had nacho supremes for $.99. Nice, sold!
I ordered a nacho supreme and a ground beef burrito. My brother ordered a steak burrito.
Lucky for me, they have a monitor showing what you’ve ordered at the drive-​thru because less than 30 seconds after telling me about the $.99 nachos, the guy charged me $ 2.29 for them! Once I noticed this the guy fixed his error and we were good.
I paid and off we went with our food. Upon getting home, the first thing we noticed is that both of our burritos were labeled as steak. Did they accidentally give me a more expensive burrito? No. We unrolled both burritos and saw one was ground beef and one was steak. I got what I paid for, they just mislabeled it and made it a little inconvenient. Looking inside the bag for hot sauce it dawned on me that the guy never asked if we wanted any! That sucks!
After my burrito I opened my nachos. Awesome deal for $.99 except when I took my first bite, the chip was stale! Turns out every chip was stale!
You would think with the nachos being a buck they would be selling a ton and going through chips way before they could turn stale! Apparently not. Bottom line, avoid this Taco Bell!
