Had the worst experience here today. I was shopping at this location for the first time with my teenage daughter when the store manager approached me to ask if we had just come from another Walgreens and to inform me the police were on their way. WHAT?!? No clue what she was talking about! Who does this?? We were shopping– items in our cart, not doing ANYTHING else. I re-approached the manager to tell her I thought this was ridiculous, hurtful and completely unprofessional and she(Cheri) was completely unapologetic. She said we matched the description of two«suspects» from another store– two white women, one wearing a flannel. I told her I was pretty sure it was not Walgreen’s company policy to go up to customers out of the blue and threaten them, but again she didn’t care at all. We walked out without buying anything. I waited around for the police to show up just so I could again say how pissed the situation made me, but none did. The sad thing is we shop at our nearby Walgreen’s regularly; the clerks there would recognize us, and this made me feel like never going back.

Love this place they are always so nice and they have great customer service. When I walk in they treat me like I actually exist instead of just looking straight through me and continuing on their task. I’ll continue to shop here!

I do like this store however, I went in here for a quick item a few days ago and there was only 1 register open. I understand if they were short staffed, but it’s the month of December stores are way busier and should be staffed properly. Not to mention there were 6 other people in line. The cashier was very friendly, but he never attempted to call for a back up cashier. It was a little frustrating.

stood at the counter waiting for assistance with filling my prescription. id say a good 5 mins, before a car pulled up in the drive thru. you can say, if you would like immediate service USE the drive thru. pharmacist came out from where ever he was hiding instantly when the drive thru bell rang, he turned to me and said, «ill be with you in a moment» and let me wait a good 15 more mins due to some kind of payment problems the drive thru customer had… when i questioned why i waited, i was ignored as if i didnt ask any question at all. ill go back. but wont ever walk in again.

I use this pharmacy on a regular basis. Due to lifetime medical issues I have had to use many pharmacies over the past 11 or so years. I would have to say this one is the best by far. They are always willing to contact doctors or my insurance in a timely manner. The only issue have ever had is that I usually need to contact them, to find out there is a problem with a perscription. Once I make contact they do whatever it takes to help.

Handy, and super convenient, Walgreens is the ultimate drug store. I find my makeup, various bathroom cabinet toiletries and cheap holiday decorations. Are we going to talk about the fact Walgreens is quietly selling vibrators? This really is the dawning of the Age of Aquarius. In summary, you can really find anything here!

This place has the cheapest prescriptions. I am cheap as you know what so I call around when I am getting something filled. I recently got attacked in my sleep by what I can only imagine as a huge tarantula sucking the life out of me …(aka I got bit by a spider) so I was pleased when I came here after my slough of script slips left my thrifty ways in a tizzy. They beat all other pharmacies for sure and you are in and out. The only reason they don’t get five stars is because they lie on their coupon book and try to trick you into buying something different. I know how to read. The coupon says snack sized snickers, not just«mini» snickers. Tisk tisk you tricksters.

The pharmacy area here is still pretty good but this update is about the people at the registers and customer service as a whole. All of the ladies that work here are absolute sweet hearts. I go to Walgreens a lot. I love my nail polish, makeup and I get milk here quite often. Well I’ve gotten to know a lot of these ladies and I have to say that my previous review does them no justice. They are friendly, polite and so helpful. They let me know of any promos, events, etc. The guys are very nice too and the manager, I believe his name is Huang is always very polite and quick to solve any issue. The new machines are working properly but maybe it’s because I just stick to using debit. I had to update because they definitely are a 5 star business.

I love this place. They are one of the few stores still open late, and they have an amazing amount of inventory for a store its size. The employees are always helpful, and do a superb job at handling challenging customers. I live quite far from this store, but I go to it because they never let me down. Tonight I was looking for a pair of basic sandles I can wear in the water, and after not finding something satisfactory at the Walmart supercenter in Orangevale, I found it here. Surprising, I know, but its 100% true.

It’s a Walgreens. What do you expect. The employees are upright and breathing atleast. And they can count back change with the magic of registers. I have been here a few times and have always had average service. I have never had high expectations and have yet to be surprised. Oh and to the highly intellifent customer with no cash and expured coupons. Thank you for not letting me through with my one item. I hope your ice cream melts. You know who you are!!!
