Horrid shipping fee! 3 same size airplanes on sale for $ 200, with $ 75 shipping fee. Same plane, same price for $ 6 per plane shipping from Amazon.

I purchased a Nitro planes AT10 made by Dynam. what a joke. I can go into a lot of details but unless you are willing to do surgery on the plane to get everything set up, AVOIDBUYINGIT! When I finally got to fly it, and even though I balanced it exactly like the instructions, it was very very nose heavy. I managed to save it but believe me, it was no fun. I posted a review of this crappy plane on their web site but mysteriously, it got deleted — imagine that. The only reviews they allowed to remain were short but seemingly good reviews. This plane has two engines but boy oh boy, watch the battery(a single 2200 battery) because it heats up QUICK. Also, the wing mounts in an idiotic way with four small itty bitty screws. In flight, those screws loosened and I almost lost the plane. I will be doing more surgery to correct that flaw. The front gattling gun is mounted at an angle!!! Their is no RUDDER! What a joke! Be warned my friends:):)

I have bought things from them before and was happy. Now I ordered a battery charger from them that was defective . It took 2 weeks to get a rma# and unlike other hobbie stores I had to pay to send it back. Most store will email you a ups label then charge you if item was truly not defective . I am waiting on a refund now but will be out my shipping fees both ways for a item they shipped to me not working. I am out almost $ 25 for their problem not fair at all. While I might still buy planes from them I will no longer buy other items if this is the way they treat customers who receive defective merchandise.

The helicopter that we ordered came defective and my nephew never got to use his birthday present. I have asked for a UPS pre-paid shipping label since it was their responsibility for sending out defective merchandise. They don’t want to do that. No one answers the phone for customer service for 10 days. When I miraculously got a human being on the phone, he had no idea how to deal with a customer and put me on terminal hold! I still got no customer service! There email reply is so slow that you even wonder if they are a legitimate business or not?! The put an unauthorized charge for $ 80.04 on my credit card! I called my bank to investigate and get my money back. DONOTORDERFROMTHISCOMPANY! THEYARENOTREPUTABLE!

I bought a plane from these guys that was supposedly ready to fly. Not only did it require a lot of assembly but also the instructions were poorly translated from Chinese, and impossible to follow. I had a difficult time programming my controller. This plane was not ready to fly. I used it one time then the second time I tried to use it the battery was dead. Now I have to buy new batteries and a new charger. Customer service doesn’t pick up the phone. The only avenues I have left are a bad review on Unilocal.Nitro planes send me a new battery! I want to fly the plane not write reviews on it!

Bought a $ 250 plane, and it arrived with a faulty part — resulting in the plane being unable to fly. I contacted customer service who told me to send the part back. I had to pay postage! Now, the replacement part arrived and ITISINCORRECT. Not 30amp as I sent them, they sent a 20amp with wrong connectors. Customer Service is extremely slow to reply, and as of today, I have had the plane 3 weeks, and have NEVER gotten to fly it!
