PHH Auto Collision

Here we go again. I took my brand new 2014 truck offroading and ended up sliding the front bumper onto a large rock. It dented & scratched the right side of the front bumper and skirt. As I continued testing my truck, I somehow ended up breaking the right rear mud guard (no biggie, but still). Since I knew that the guys here at PHH Auto do an amazing job (previously brought my 350z after a collision and they left it looking great) I didn’t hesitate to bring my truck to them. They were extremely friendly, and gave me a good quote (cheaper than I anticipated). When I picked up the truck (a short 2 days later!) David knocked off an additional amount, giving me a great deal! I inspected the truck (keep in mind I JUST bought the thing, and my expectations were very high) and I was so happy to see that ALL the dents and scratches were gone! You couldn’t even tell anything at all ever happened! The paint was an exact match, and the rear mud guard was replaced as well. My truck looked like she did back in the sales lot :) My only regret (again) is not taking pictures of the damages to post as a «before» picture. If you need auto body repairs, I would encourage you to check these guys out! Thanks for your help guys!

I had my Honda Civic repaired at this body shop four times, four separate incidents that is. My car was damaged twice by unknown drivers, a tire flew by damage (freaky accident) plus one fender bender by my son. With each unfortunate events that lead me to this body shop, also a Mercury authorized shop, each time, they had made it so easy and hassle free for me. David, the inspector, was very professional, so helpful and understanding each time I’ve visited. My Civic came back like brand new each time too. I would highly recommend anyone to PHH auto collision center, especially if they have Mercury Insurance. Thanks, David, you’re awesome!

Let me start off by saying that I’m a really really picky person when it comes to my car. I took my black genesis sedan here to get my rear bumper painted. After couple of days, I stopped by to see what the status was on the car even though they were not completely done with the car yet. The paint looked really good and matched the OEM paint perfectly. I picked on smallest things and asked them if they can correct it. David gladly asked their guys to correct it. When I picked up my cars few days later the car was in perfect condition! Brand new! David kindly went over some things to watch out for in next couple days/​weeks since the paint is fresh and soft. They have great customer service and I would recommend them to anybody who wants a great paint job and a great customer service. They also carry a lifetime limited warranty on their paint job!

Amazing service! I was rear ended and these guys made my car look as good as new! David and Jack made sure I was taken care of. The whole process was effortless.
