I bought a over the door mirror here for $ 11. Price is good but I have no idea why they have to put the price tag sticker on the mirror not on the packaging of the item. I spent more than 30 minutes just to remove the sticky stain from the price tag sticker left on my mirror. God!!!

I am a huge fan of bargain shopping and I feel that ross is the best place to do it especially for women! This location is not as big as I thought it would be but it still has some cute clothes! I also use to work at ross so I know the ins and outs! You don’t have to spend $ 100 on a pair of jeans to look cute! Must shop here if you haven’t!

This store has the worst customer service. If you get there three minutes before closing, they will force you out, literally. Even if you beg to check on something for 2 minutes they will insist on forcing you out. Why? I’ve never been to a Ross location that forced you out before closing. Looks like they all want to go home not even a second late. I will never support the Ross location ever!

I’ve never really shopped at Ross before… but since having to be on a budget, I started checking it out. I generally don’t like stores like Ross because everything seems to be jumbled up and just a headache to go through. I wouldn’t say this Ross is the best, but having gone to some others, there is a fair selection here and I’ve been able to score some pretty good deals! Sometimes I like finding stuff here because you know you won’t find a ton of other people with the same things! I’ve bought stuff here from dresses to shirts to bedding. All have been at good prices and cute. Sometimes it is hard to find a certain item if that’s what you are looking for because what you find here can vary quite a bit.
It’s cool that this location is located inside a mall and that you can easily shop at other stores after or before… but there is NO entrance from the outside! To go to Ross, you MUST enter through another entrance because the only way to this store is when you are already inside the mall! I think for being a larger store, that makes it very inconvenient! There are doors to the parking lot, but they are locked and will alarm if you open them. I’m guessing those doors may be locked for loss prevention purposes.
I don’t know if this is a larger Ross, but it seems pretty average size. It’s kept in fairy clean condition… there’s a new Ross that just opened last year down the street right next to Target! That location is much cleaner obviously since it’s new, but their selection is not as great as this particular location.

I like coming to this store. I’ve been here about 4 times now and have found some great deals. I bought my son a pair of DC shoes for $ 25, sticker price was $ 45. I did my Christmas shopping here and found some knickknacks for wrapping.
You need to be Armed with patience when shopping here as it can get disorganized and the lines are long, good thing they have 3 or more cashiers working when that happens. Most of the workers are nice and friendly. They have discounts for senior citizens every Mondays which is nice. My mom loves that of course. Who doesn’t want 10% discount? Granting it just offsets the sales tax at least you still see a little ping (not a dent: P) on your receipt.
Located inside the mall so there is adequate parking. The restroom is a hit and miss that’s why I usually just wait till I get to the main mall restrooms which are services more often.
I find myself coming back to this store often enough.

I’m not a savvy shopper but once in awhile I’ll score good deals. On a recent outting to find work shoes I stopped by Burlington Coat Factory. They had plenty of styles but none of them was right for me. I then headed over to the Ross next door found Florsheim black dress shoes with leather soles for $ 37! I’ve actually never worn Florsheims before but I know they are quality shoes.
For comparison, Macy’s had their annual July 4 sale and I got a pair of Clarks dressy casuals for $ 60 after an additional 25% off sale price.
$ 60 for a pair of Clarks is a good deal, but not even close to the $ 37 Florsheims at Ross!

This place is like a welfare center. The deals are there, but the checkout line is too long and the cashiers need politeness training. People need to understand there are competitions with Marshalls across the street with much better services, organization, and comparable prices. Now take a second to say Hi and Thank you!

I like that this Ross location is inside the mall. I can have all my stores in one place, saving me on expensive gas!
Though this particular store is smaller than others (only one floor), I usually find better stuff here. I think it’s because everyone else is focus on all the other clothing shops in the mall, they forget Ross. But not me. Ross is always my first stop, so I know what their prices are before I look at department store prices. ;)
I recently purchased an awesome popcorn maker and popsicle maker for the boyfriend. He loves it!

I used to purchase Bugle Boy jeans from Ross when I was in college. These days Ross is best to purchase shoes I got two pairs of Skechers for $ 30 each. I used to have a little heel pain when walking its gone with the new Skechers. I did a little web search and found out if the heel of the shoe you are walking in looses its thickness then you get heel pain. The Skechers have the thickest heel pads and the heel barely touches the ground as you walk on your mid foot area.

Prices are very good. Selection limited to stock on hand. For some reaason, check out line is always long. You think they would figure out how to make the line go better.

Overall I love this store. I always go here after my workouts or to kill time before meeting with friends. This has to be one of the cleanest ROSS’ I have been to. And let me tell you I have been to a lot of them. The shoes are always in the shelves and not on the floor. Overall, they usually have a good selection.
The reason I gave this location 4 stars is because of the line to pay. There is always a line and never enough cashiers. They usually have a few people working in the front but only some are actually working the registers.

Ross is a great place if you have the TIME to check on it everyday. I say this because they have great deals but it’s so easily missed, from what I have seen the employees often take the first pick of things :), who can blame them, it’s so cheap!
I always get good deal here because I work around the mall and I Get to check on it often. In the past 3 months or so I got a pair of Steve Madden heels for $ 20 — originally $ 90 (beautiful and comfortable slingback that goes with everything), two pairs of Ascics running shoes average under $ 30 each, originally around $ 90 each. One pair of Nike tennis shoes, one pair of K-​Swiss tennis shoes. I also buy a lot of household items such as organizers and skinny hangers.
They always have odd ball items here, the main thing is if you like browsing around and you can normally find time to browse around, you can find great deals here. Like any other Ross locations, the store gets super messy around weekend and on Mondays. This location also has one of the fastest check-​out I have ever experienced with these thrifty stores. Oh and another thing, I think they restock and re-​organize every Tuesday and Wednesdays.

I love Ross Stores but I have been in this one twice and spent at least 10 minutes in line each time. I went in there tonight and saw a line of 10 – 15 people, and turned right around and walked out.

When I’m not tripping over little children or pushing past abandoned inventory (or vice versa), Ross can be a gratifying experience that yields some good deals if you’re willing to take the physical-​mental-​emotional challenge of scavenging and tolerating inconsiderate shoppers.
I do need to ask: «WHERE DO ROSS EMPLOYEES RUN OFF TO DURING BUSINESS HOURS?» Customer service is terrible here, and there are usually only two or three SLOW cashiers working up at the registers. When I do find something I like, I always have to ask myself if it’s worth the 30-​minute wait in line or worth the torture of watching cashiers do their job in slow-​motion. I love saving money on a great bargain, but that value is lost when I’m forced to waste my time.

i went to ross on a thursday after work because all my work clothes were either dirty or sitting at the dry cleaners awaiting to be picked up friday. $ 230.00 later i came out with 4 shirts, 6 ties, and 4 pairs of pants.
each article of clothing has received a compliment =)
you CAN dress for less at ross.
