came to get the crystal lens (glass cover was chipped) replaced. I was told a price, I said okay. Never got a call back to say they fixed the watch. so I called a week later. they tell we never got a call back from the maunfacturer if they had a lens, said we left a voice mail (so the never pursued it or kept me intouch) Also when I was on the phone with them he added another $ 20.00 to the price. Never did he tell me or his sons who work there tell me additional price. I was quoted a certain price, both by his sons and the older guy. 2 weeks before going there again I went to get my battery replaced, this time it was expensive too as well. If you have a expensive watch dont go here they wil charge you more. will not go here ever again the are expensive and will charge you more with hidden costs when the qoute you. i have been going here for years since i was a kid. i will not go here again ever. big ripoff

Came here to get a link added to my watch and it cost me $ 11… Honestly a little expensive in my opinion, but he said because he has to unscrew it. Fine. The service was so-​so. Not friendly or unfriendly if that makes any sense? He did say that to change a watch battery is pretty cheap so I will give this place another shot.
