Vigor gaming has not responded to any communication, email, web form, phone, for a month. Their web site appears to be still receiving orders. A public discussion board states that Vigor was victim alledgedly of a robbery and has temporarily stopped operation with no way of knowing if Vigor will resume operation. If the company was as customer driven as it advertises, it would have a statement up on its web site and a message on its phone line. Up until my system failed, it was a very good system and the pre sale customer service was excellent. This post sale experience is negating any good will from that positive excperience. Until you can get someone from Vigor Computing on the phone, order from them at your own risk.
