Don Hanna is a wonderful landlord! He’s responsive to my needs as a tenant and yet allows me the freedom to make my office space feel like my own. He truly seems to care about his tenants which can feel like a rare thing in our current economy.

The most unprofessional encounter ever. I emailed to set up an appointment to view a property they had for rent on Thursday. I was informed that the earliest appointment that Kelly had available was next Wednesday at noon. When we arrived for our ‘appointment’ ten minutes before noon, we found about a dozen other people there, and Kelly with a handful of checks for applications. If you’re going to have an open house, have an open house. Don’t waste my time by making me wait a week for what you say is a private appointment, when what you actually mean is ’ I’m just going to have as many people as possible run through here so I can collect application fees’.
