Haven Spa Pool & Hearth

I’m a relatively new customer with Haven Spa Pool and Hearth this year. I purchased a Spa from them and also used them very recently to have a maintenance check done on my pellet stove. Hands down I would recommend them, the entire team has been totally awesome to work with and very helpful with answering all questions. The business relationship does not seem to end after the sale, which shows how much this particular team appreciates and truly values ALL of their customers and they offer you free ice cream too! It wouldn’t be right to single out any one particular employee who is better then the other. Cheyenne, Robin, the Spa Delivery guy and both Servicemen were all quite impressive!

I have been a customer of Haven’s for a few years now after they did such a great job of installing a pellet stove we purchased from them. We just recently purchased a spa from them during the Oregon State Fair show. The whole process was handled very well, Jason and all the office staff were great keeping us informed and scheduling everything. On the day of the delivery I received a call from Rick letting me know they were in route and they arrived as scheduled. Rick and Kyle did a great job in the placement and installation, making sure not to damage anything and cleaned up when finished. I received complete instructions on the operation of the spa and Rick’s sense of humor was an added bonus.

I found Haven Spa Pool & Hearth through NW Natural as one of their preferred providers. I reluctantly decided to give them a chance and I am so glad I did. Kirk was on time, on task, and he kept things neat and clean. He clearly explained the problems and solutions with my gas fireplaces and fixed them at a reasonable cost. We are looking forward to cold nights in front of the fire!

I have been dealing with Haven for about 8 years, off and on. When I go into the store, I am always greeted promptly and with a smile. Cheyenne is always very helpful and knows what I need even before I ask. It feels like family. The service department is extremely knowledgeable. They will trouble shoot over the phone if it sounds like something I can do on my own. Scheduling a service call is just add easy. Robin, Kim and Poppy are all so helpful. They take into consideration my specific needs and always accommodate my schedule, if it is possible. I read the other review about «bankers hours». It certainly would be nice if they worked weekends. I’m sure they have lives and families outside of work, as we all do. If all «service businesses», worked the weekend, we would need to schedule weekdays because a lot of people would be working weekends. I did have an «emergency», with my gas fireplace. Fern swung by on his way home and fixed it. At no charge and on his time. This tells me the employees are dedicated. Someone told me that most of the people that work there, have been there for 8 years or more.
