Although this is a big company, they do not deliver their promises. It took about 6 months for them to complete a custom ring because the first one they made did not look like the picture + it had multiple flaws. They tried to blame it on other people and claimed that it was not done by their best. They tried to fix it a few times, but it was beyond fixable; it was a waste of my time and struggle in trying to tell them a problem that a rookie like me could see but a professional like them could not. They finally offered to remake the ring, but with a price because supposedly that ring is deemed without defect. In the end, they agreed to remake the ring without any charge, and thankfully it turned out ok. Do not trust Darren. He will only say things to make you happy and purchase their products, or open the credit cards with him so he can meet his quota. There are other nice workers there, so if you must go to Jared for a good reason, avoid Darren.

My fiancé and I decided to have a custom wedding band made here. He gave me a gorgeous engagement ring that unfortunately did not go well with any wedding band you could just buy at the counter. When you first walk in a nice man will greet you and offer you water or coffee. He’ll make small talk and make you feel like royalty while you wait for a salesperson. We worked with Sal and a man from Tunisia(I can’t remember his name!) who made the process super easy! Since they have a jeweler on site, they were able to match the diamonds and gold exactly so the engagement ring and wedding band would be the same. Because they were able to do this while we were in the store, I knew exactly how much the wedding band would cost immediately. They put all the specs the jeweler gave them about my engagement ring into an iPad, and voila! Super easy process. Sal and the other gentleman who shall remain unnamed were personable and friendly. They also helped us pick out a wedding band for my fiancé(which was resized in an hour because of the jeweler on site!). Since our wedding date was so soon, they graciously accommodated us by quoting 4 – 6 weeks to have my wedding band completed. They told us that about halfway through they would have a wax mold for us to look at and approve, and when the end of week three approached and I hadn’t heard anything I made a phone call to Jared’s to see what was going on. The lady that answered was SO nice. She spoke to the jeweler for me and called me back within an hour to say the jeweler would start working on it that day and have it completed in two days. She told me she’d call me back as soon as it was done. At first I was a little miffed because I had given up my engagement ring for three weeks and they hadn’t even started on it yet?! But then two days later — the same lady(I don’t know her name either :() actually CALLEDMEBACK. I was surprised as I fully thought she would forget. We went in that same day she called me to look at the wax molding and everything looked good. THENHERE’S THEKICKER. The next day Sal calls me and says the wedding band is ready! We were so freakin surprised. We went right in and picked it up. The band is absolutely perfect and was exactly what I wanted. The amazing customer service the whole way through and the jaw dropping quick turn around time from the wax mold to the actual ring was astonishing. Even if they had gotten the wedding band done in the time they had quoted I would have been happy, but getting it done that fast just made me love them even more. We will absolutely be back. Definitely ask for Sal or the man from Tunisia — but honestly I think they are all on top of it there. If I could give them more stars I would!

The store manager, Jill, has been in contact with me. They sent it out for the repair, and it has been repaired and sent back to the store. Apparently the total repair was $ 450, and they want me to pay $ 300… which is not only more than I was originally quoted for the entire repair, it also isn’t half of the total cost, which is what they agreed to charge be before. I am no mathematician, but I do know that half of $ 450 is not $ 300. They are obviously retaliating against me for my original complaint about the abhorrent service that we were given on our previous visit. I feel extremely frustrated, and disappointed. Frankly, I am torn between contacting a JAG officer, and just telling them to take the diamond back out and give me my ring back. I have never dealt with a company that so consistently goes back on its word. As a side note, I have noticed that their positive reviews on here are all from straight couples… I am beginning to wonder if all of this stems from a fundamental prejudice against the LGBT community.

I’m so glad that we came here to make such an important purchase.(Engagement ring) Kris and Allie warmly greeted us immediately. We drove a couple hours to this location later in the evening so we were dressed«comfortably» and a little sleepy(sloppy lol). They were more than happy to show me every ring I wanted to see back and forth and over again. I was torn between getting two rings, one was larger and the other was more meaningful and the one I sort of intended purchasing already. They advised me to get the one I had in mind even though it was LESS expensive, which surprised me, telling me I would probably regret not getting it later. I would absolutely recommend this location and I wish it were about…3 hours closer!
