I have started working out and trying to eat healthy.
I came into this specific max muscle and was helped by a man named Jimmy.
We did a body scan and he revealed to me what I specifically should be working on.
It was very in depth and it helped me understand what I need to get myself back on track.
I got a few different things here to help supplement my workouts and eating and I have dropped 13 – 14 lbs so far.
All the things Jimmy recommended I have used and felt great. Don’t be shy to say you don’t know, because their goal is to educate and help their clientele.

I got a body fat scan, and jimmy explained all the numbers and made done awesome recommendations of what I might need to get closer to my goals. There was no shaming, or over selling, he was fantastic and the variety was just right to feel like I had choices but wasn’t overwhelmed.

In one month I’ve dropped 12.2lbs of fat while maintaining my lean mass according to their InBody scan. And their Gourmet Pro and Omega 3 swirl both taste amazing!!! Oh and Jimmy and Mary are both great to work with and very helpful!

They are so helpful in there. As long as you have a rough idea of what you want, you can go in there and they will find the perfect supplement or product to match what you are trying to achieve. I am a fan of their product emerge, and if I was never given a sample, I would have never known about it! They are not pushy sales reps either, so no pressure to buy anything, even you just want to browse. A very informative and helpful staff.
