McDonald’s

This is the dirtiest McDonald’s i have ever been in and thats saying ALOT. Also staff is slow and forgetful. Only giving it a star because they say i have to.

Poor customer service, came in before breakfast was over, no one took my order for 10 minutes, and when I finally was able to, the cashier said sorry it just ended 2 minutes ago, and proceeded to change the menu to lunch…

I only went in here to grab a Shamrock Shake before turning in on St. Patrick’s Day. I hadn’t had one in at least a decade. I didn’t care for the mint flavoring, the whipped cream, and the maraschino cherry. I preferred the old style Shamrock Shake, which was probably a vanilla shake that was colored light green.
The service here is variable. In the daytime and in the drive through, the employees are friendlier than they are inside the restaurant at slower periods later in the evening.
Other than that, it’s just a standard McDonald’s, so it gets 3 stars and, if that suffices, the rest of the review is about my personal observations.
When this McDonald’s went in, I wondered what the hell it was doing here toward the end of the built out area along Sunnyside Road. Well, McDonald’s typically does their homework before they plop down a restaurant. In reality, it was a smart idea. To anyone living east of I-​205 who wants to grab something at McDonald’s, this is the only one in the area and a person is not forced to double back over the freeway and onto SE 82^nd.
One interesting thing to note, at least to me — as you approach this McDonald’s along Sunnyside Road, most of it seems «submerged.» You can definitely see the top of the restaurant and the signage. However, it is in a part of the shopping center dominated by Albertson’s and sort of sits there below a big retaining wall from Sunnyside Road.
Overall, it’s a standard McDonald’s.

Worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been too. The Big Mac they served my friend was literally cold… I ordered a Large Big Mac meal promising me 6 monopoly peels. I questioned them about that and the cashier was very rude about that. he was very unresponsive and called the manager over. I asked for a refund and they gave it to me thus the 1 star. Another time I was there I had ordered their Limited time Shamrock Shake they featured on the door. After I had recieved my order it was a vanilla shake. They said they had run out of Shamrock and i asked for a refund. they refused it because i had already inserted the straw though I have not drank out of it. This place is absolute crap. Thank god a Carls Jr. opened up across the street.

Horrible. The service was bad and it had false advertising about the monopoly event which promised the large bigmac meal giving 6 peels but instead, nothing except the bigmac itself had the peels and there were only 2. Half star for at least giving the proper order to me.
