My friend’s furnace stopped working and I told her to call Petra. They did a great job installing my furnace a few years ago. Well, Mark helped her troubleshoot it over the phone and got it working without coming out OR charging her. She was not a customer and he had never dealt with her before. He could have legitimately charged her for a service call but instead he spent over 30 minutes on the phone with her and helped her get her furnace running again and then refused to charge her. THAT is HONEST and EXCELLENT customer service. I HIGHLY recommend Petra Heating and Cooling. They are the best.

They where amazing. The installers worked 13 hours getting the job done in one day for me. So thankful for the professionalism and the air conditioner is great too

I had a Heat Pump installed in a home I recently purchased. They were quick to respond to all questions. They presented me with several options and the cost of each. After installation they responded immediately to investigate a concern concerning an installation of the previous owners. Their technician was knowledgeable, courteous. He explained the situation and tweaked the system. I feel confident that if a problem arises, they will be quick to respond.
They use quality materials. I found them to be honest and efficient and would use them again.
