The store is very average at best. In need of remodeling, especially in this neighborhood! The service is usually good, extra helpful actually. BUT, this particular evening we went in becuz we needed bandages, so you know someone got hurt and any old bandaid won’t do, so we go in 5 til close on a mission. We are greeted by a stalky old lady that says that they are closing in 2 minutes. Specifically to «make it quick», to which we reply that we were only there for bandaids. As we pass by she further says«like literally». We go get our bandaids and go to the front check out, in a line of several other people. Everyone else has been ok to great there but the 2 star is for the quality of store and that very rude greeting. It’s not a 1 star because the rest of the service has been acceptable to great. But ugly store filled with decorative stuff and not all the items for around the house you expect from a store in that category, and a bad experience tonight drag it down down down. I hope the replace that old gal with the short grey hair parted in the middle that wears black glasses that heard we needed bandaids and told us to «be quick… like literally» instead of helping us be quick or just not being a general jerk. That alone would bring this up to a 3 star.

I’ve always found the pharmacy staff to be exceptional and caring. My prescriptions are always ready on time. If the Rite Aid price is better than my co-pay they always let me take advantage of it. They remember me and have my meds on the counter many times before I reach it. Love them!

From the outside, this place looks like it could be an Albertson’s instead of a Rite Aid. Who knew there would be so much stuff here? Though it does appear to be a tad dated(see: old sign) this still works as a place where one can do some quick shopping for miscellaneous items. What seems to be a common theme amongst all large Rite Aids is how understaffed they are. Most of the times in which I’ve come here there are 2⁄8 lanes open and of course lines galore during peak times. If they could just have 4 people working or maybe even a self-pay area it would speed things up drastically. Then again, this is Rite Aid, most people who shop at Rite Aids are probably used to waiting by now.
