As someone with Celiac disease, it’s a huge comfort to know that there’s a place where I can get a quick bite that’s gluten-free. I spent a bit of time at the hospital down the street this weekend visiting a friend, and this location provided me with gluten-free sustenance. This particular Subway has the friendliest, most knowledgeable staff and best gluten-free protocols that I’ve ever seen in a Subway or fast food restaurant. Chloe even warned me about potential cross-contamination in a particular brand of chips. Thank you for providing a safe, friendly place to eat.

Everything was fine until I wanted to order the buffalo chicken sandwich the girl making my sandwich was fine with it until her coworker told her no we don’t have that anymore when I knew for a fact she just was being lazy and didn’t want to go in the back to make it. But was quick to start making her lunch on the line.

1÷20÷15 — 5pm… Can’t believe I am taking the time to write a review about a Subway. But this was the worst Subway I have ever been too. We were the only customers in the shop and lady was in a super rush to get us done. Only partial veggies displayed, lettuce was brown. Totally weak sandwich!

First time to this Subway and the guy working(Mitchell) is fantastic. He was courteous and greeted everyone the moment they came in the door and was friendly while making the sandwiches. We arrived as one customer was leaving and after we walked in the place was pretty much lined up by people following in after us. Mitchell took care of everyone the same and washed his hands between each customer. Surprised to see 1 star reviews, my experience was the opposite. Sandwich was good, as good as can be expected from a fast food sandwich place. I would come back again — thanks for the service!!!

Total joke when it comes to service. 1 poor guy working at 5:30PM. Line sticking out the door, took 30 minutes to get my food. Hey manager you suck! I will take my business down the road.

I fully understand the absurdity in reviewing a Subway but I wanted to point out that this place does not participate in the 5 dollar deals and that really grinds my gears.

I’m a huge Subway fan but this one needs to improve its service big time. The so-called manager was neither courteous or attentive. Never mind her excessive tattoos(I have quite a few myself) or her over-stretched earlobe piercings but her obnoxious attitude really got me. I always go to Subway for lunch and today is my first breakfast order. So I asked for breakfast combo and she replied, «6 inch or foot long!». Then I mistakenly replied that«I’d like the combo, not only the sandwich.» She ignorantly replied,“6 inch or foot long!”. What gives? I’m a paying customer and if you don’t understand what I want then don’t repeat the same question. Looks like she either had a very bad morning or just didn’t want to be there(as a manager). Then she handed me plain coffee without asking if I wanted any sugar or cream. I politely asked for sugar and cream and she kinda threw them at me without saying any words. HOLYSMOKE! Please go find other job where you can enjoy or at least treat customer/people with some common courtesy. Or if you don’t like to greet and meet people/customers, word of advice«Don’t apply for a service job let alone be a manager.»
