USF Reddaway-Portland Terminal

Disaster that literally lost me $ 100’s in revenue, hours of sleep and probably EARNED me a dozen gray hairs. Shipments were rescheduled day-​of and last minute 3 times, destroying my customer relations and resulting in countless orders going out late or getting canceled. :(:(:(Awful experience.

Never answer their phone, don’t return calls promptly, do not follow directions, refuse to accommodate delivery instructions. Left us totally stuck so that we had to hire and pay a second company to complete delivery. Absolutely terrible service. Use ANYONE else.
Julia Tebo is particularly unresponsive and unhelpful.

Liar#1, Liar#2 or Liar#3. Elaine at the Tacoma terminal, Tracy at the Portland terminal or Chris at the «I don’t know terminal» since she didn’t want me to be able to track her. it doesn’t matter who you choose, no one wanted to be helpful enough and take responsibility over their error. Look, I’m not asking for the world here, just a timely and proper delivery. I mean, that’s what you do right?! No! Not right, you make errors and are too prideful or defensive to even help. USF REDDAWAY’s service utterly SUCKS (pardon my ignorant language, but those ignorant people just rub off on you)! I work for a company that transports a minimum of 1500 containers nationwide annually. I’m not trying to puff my own cloud here, but in my position … I treat EVERY SINGLE ONE OF MY CLIENTS (small, medium & large) the exact same way: With respect, admiration and a solution always. All I want is someone to care (darn, even just pretend, at that) that my business is worth 5 minutes of their time. And yes. I AM saying: I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN!
. ps, I try to be reasonable & understand that mistakes happen, BUT this the 3^rd time they have made and error and have treated me like I was the idiot for choosing them. So trust, the mistake from my end will not occur again.

Terrible Service and missed appointment time. They asked me to wait between 10 – 2 and missed it. So I waited again for the next 5 days, no delivery and no apology.
Please do not use them and save yourself the hassle.

During New Years Week we had a shipment come from Seattle. They called us on Tuesday morning and said they had our freight and it would be delivered that day. Delivery day pasted we called the shipper to find out what happened. The Truck Line lied and said the our shipment was out on delivery The real truth was they do not come to Battle Ground unless they have a full trailer. The following Tuesday it arrived. this is a union place and nobody thinks outside the box. We wanted to pickup our shipment at their dock we were told no.
This will be the last time we use this trucking firm.
