Pricing was fair. Turnover and correspondence was prompt. Staff was kind and helpful. I had programs printed for a funeral. I have no experience and was overwhelmed in this so sudden business. Chris showed me some examples and let me know what I needed to provide in order for them to complete my order. This was the absolute least stressful part of planning the service. Thanks so much to all the staff!

Sam is the best. He has helped me with everything from print publications to small sticker designs to oversize posters and more. The rest of the staff is super nice and always remembers you, but Sam really goes the extra mile to help out. They’re like family in there! And they really do a good job.

This is my go-​to printer. They are super helpful and make every effort to give you what you want. They also make suggestions as to how to save you money!

This place has the worst customer service ever. I walked in to print, asked the lady to print some documents for me and I emailed the document to her. She then sat down at her computer and started working on something else. After about 5 minutes, she checked her email and claimed the file took another 5 minutes to downloand when I could see it was clearly downloaded. She continued to work on whatever she was doing. The place only had one other customer and was being helped by someone else. There is no excuse for this type of service. I lost about 25 minutes of time for something that took less than a minute to print.
They also tried to charge a nice old lady $ 100 to design a simple graphic for her that would take no more than 10 minutes to create.
