Claremont Tanning

Really disappointed when I went here today. Every summer I sign up here and hand over my money to this facility. I have always had the most personal and personable guest service. However, they are now under new management. Super unprofessional, kind of falling over each other, not familiar at ALL with great customer service. Prior managemet made we want to come back, now they seem avaerage. Sad.

Heather is the owner, and she is the kindest hearted person and really takes care of me! I just love her and her services.

Everyone is super friendly and nice and it really looks clean!
However, I am almost in tears. I’m going to Vegas tomorrow and I went in for a level 2 mystic early today. I have had a couple before, but at a tanning salon in Westco. I am literally the exact same pasty white as I was 8 hour ago. I have 3 dark streaks on my leg. I have no idea how this happened. Perhaps they did not mix the solution properly? I am going in first thing when they open to either get a proper mystic or get my money back. I will update this review based on my experience. I am going to have to leave for Vegas later than planned because of this. I am super disappointed!!! :(And I am as white as a ghost!
EDIT– So I went in as soon as they opened. The manager told me that my results were that of a normal level 2. I asked for my money back. She said she would give me a level 3. I got the level 3. I was slightly tanner by the time I reached Vegas. Still disappointing. I wanted to be really tan and sexy for Vegas. I wasn’t. The tanning salon in West Covina is cheaper and gives much better results. A Level 2 makes me more tan than their level 3. And I have never once had streaks before this place. I will never go back. …the atmosphere was nice though

Went here for a Mystic Tan for my engagement pics and the staff was soooo helpful. I spoke with someone on the phone to ask about pricing and options and when I got to the salon she helped me decide the level of tan that would be best for my skin. I had called around to other salons and Claremont Tanning was by far the best pricing and most helpful/​friendly. I will go back!

I love this place. They have deals on mystic tans: Sunday is $ 10 for level 2. It is close to my house so I can just swing by here and go home to dry. This place is clean and the receptionists are always super friendly.

This is my first tanning experience and I have to say that so far I am very pleased and I am glad that I chose Claremont Tanning… I only wish that I had seen the Unilocal deal they have going before I paid for my month!

The girls are always friendly and helpful, and the salon is always clean. Their prices are very reasonable.

Quick and easy! The staff is friendly unlike most tanning salons, and the facility is clean– best of both worlds… I walked in, and was helped immediately. :)

Tried the MYSTIC TAN! OMG I love it! Perfect if you need a quick tan for that special occasion or just need color right away.
