Delicious crepes! Delicious gelato! Lots of choices on the menu and the cutest young man working the register!!!

The Mango-​Passion Fruit Smoothie with Boba is one of the most refreshing drinks ever! So delicious and fruity. The staff is always very friendly and the prices are reasonable. So glad there’s a boba place like this close to where I live!

This place has not only delicious desserts– grownup snow cones and all their variations – plus creamy gelato but they serve excellent lunch and dinner foods – salads, sandwiches, and soups. I can’t recommend the ramen highly enough. The broth has depth, the meat is flavorful and rich, and the veggies are crisp-​tender. Perfect place for a hot or cold afternoon! Service is quick and aims-​to-​please. Prices very reasonable.

Fruizen is perfect for pretty much everything. They offer a lot of products varying from gelato to crepes (both savory and dessert) to boba tea. Lots of different and unique gelato flavors. Their boba is delicious and always kept fresh and warm. You can boba in both smoothies and tea! Dessert crepes are really good and they have server all different toppings. I always get the chicken pesto sand which which is super tasty! Very friendly service. Great atmosphere to hang out in with friends.

Finally, there’s the atmosphere of the store itself. There is ample seating for a small café including a few sofas. Additionally, there are plenty of power outlets, making this a great place to study. If you would rather keep Fruizen as your place of fun and relaxation, they have a well stocked board game cabinet for the customers to choose from. I have a great memory of playing Jenga with a few international students. Though I spoke no Japanese and they spoke little English, it was a moment where multi-​cultural understanding and comradery came out in us all as we frantically gasped at a teetering tower of blocks.
If you stuck with me for this whole review, then good on you. As you can see, there is a lot to say about this wonderful eatery. To summarize, I highly recommend Fruizen to all — students, passers-​by, families, and all else. I hope y’all have a wonderful time and happy tastebuds at this place!

I used to go here every now and then for the nutella crepes, but I just noticed that they added a very large increase in the price. It used to be about $ 7, but I was surprised when I had to pay almost $ 10. I guess I would have been ok with the price if they increased the portions, but I felt like they actually got slightly smaller. I had to go home and add some of my own fruit to make it substantial.
I sadly won’t be going here nearly as much as I used to. For the amount that they give you, I can’t justify paying $ 10 for it.

We went for dessert because I was craving a snow cone. They sell many desserts such as gelato, soft serve ice cream, and different styles of shaved ice. They also sell crepes, sandwiches, soup, and different teas. got the California Style shaved ice with boba, red beans, mochi, tart soft serve, sweetened condensed milk, and brown sugar sauce. It was huge and shared between my friend and me. Delicious and filling! We were only able to finish half.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. They are open late which nice since we came after 10pm on a Sunday. I will definitely return to try the crepes and other shaved ice.

Only ordered two items here:
Boba Milk Tea with FRESH MILK: You have to ask for them to use fresh milk instead of the powdered creamer. Could have used more tea flavor (greater propotion tea to milk)
Taipei Shave Ice: We ordered this THREE TIMES. It is exactly what we had while visiting Beijing four years ago. Heaping mound of finely shaven ice covered with condensed milk and three toppings (we tried boba, almond jello, coconut jelly, mango, and mocha over three separate orders).
Don’t order the mango in April — I think they use frozen mango. Otherwise, everything else was pretty good.

My family and I come here a lot for the crepes and the shaved ice great spot to hang out and enjoy something delicious

Very Small location, just in case you are planning to have a big group.
I ordered a few crepes to go. Banana and strawberries with Nutella.
The crepes were good very large crêpe but it lacked toppings. The crepes were very empty not enough bananas and strawberries… I paid 25+ for the crepes…
Very pricy location I don’t think I’ve ever paid so much for 2 crepes.
I was the only one there, very empty looking. I can’t understand what there concept is they have desserts yet still have salads and sandwiches… Hmmmm. Maybe I understand why they are high on prices.

Great tea and smoothie selection! The owners are very sweet and the quality of the drinks are great! Their passion fruit green tea is quite delicious as is all of their beverages. There are so many options to choose from!

Ordered the turkey sandwich on wheat bread today. It’s served with a pickle spear and your choice of chips or carrot sticks. It was made fresh when I ordered it. Deli sliced turkey perfect size for lunch and so good! I prefer to order sandwiches her over subway any day!

I don’t understand how this place got so many good reviews. The place didn’t feel that cozy, and it was pretty empty when I came here in the evening. Compared to other places I’ve been to, business seemed dead.
I ordered a banana split sundae and it wasn’t that great. The fruits didn’t seem too fresh either.
They have a couple board games for you to play, but it’s pretty limited in selection.

Coming here for the first time for a late night dessert and because I have never had shaved ice with condensed milk and it sounded good!
Walking into the place it’s petite and very cozy lots of seat. Being new to this place I needed a moment to look at the menu, but since it was 40 minutes til closing but the lady gave tons of attitude and was rushing me. I asked a few questions and she laughed like I was suppose to know what the menu consisted of.
Two stars because the prices were good, the taipei shaved iced was great but make sure you dine in so you get your money’s worth, Togo is not melts too quick and is a lot smaller.
ALSO. Stand clear of the older Asian lady she’s is rude, not helpful and downright ignorant. good customer service is not in her vocabulary. just because the shaved ice was good I will come back to try it again hopefully the service will be a little better.

Their service is incredibly friendly and it should be noted that it is five star worthy. Their Boba Milk Tea however, is too sweet. I’ve had it a few times since I have yet to find good milk tea around these parts. My husband thought it was fairly decent but I couldn’t get over the cloying sweetness. It breaks my heart to say I couldn’t drink it, I really wanted to love it this time. Maybe next time we can ask for less sweetener.
The choice combinations and food look good but we have yet to try any. I suppose if you love very sweet milk tea this is a good place to go.

This place has great customer service and is open until 11pm!
Jasmine is the best. Very nice and helpful. Allowed me to try samples.

Awesome little dessert place for crepes, sandwiches, and milk tea drinks! This place has become my favorite place for crepes. Staff is always friendly and their dishes always looks as good as it taste!!! Layout is cute and welcoming and I will be going back often!

First timers would take a long time to order because there’s so many choices and combinations to choose from!
The lady was very helpful and patient when we were ordering.
The place is clean with a playful ambiance.
They have boardgames, domino, and jenga which was awesome.
Their dessert crepes and taipei style shaved ice were so good, highly recommended. They also have sandwiches, soup, gelato, and smoothies.
This is a great place to eat and hangout!
