I went to this location with my grandmother for lunch. We got to the location and waiting 1 minute to be seated. They sat us down and wait for 30 minutes. We waited and waited. Not one person came to our table and asked us what we wanted, so we got up and went to the front and told them that we waited for 30 minutes. Theylooked at us and said«ok» I looked the the person in the front for a couple of seconds and walked out. They did not apologize, or asked what they can get us. I will NOT recommend this location to anyone.

My second year having turkey meal set at Marie Callender’s. Really like the turkey here, not dry, tender and flavorful with lots of gravy. The meal included veggie or potato soup and a cornbread, also with a slice of free pie. $ 19.99. It is worth it to me because eating here guarantee myself have a really good turkey meat. Home cook turkey can’t compared to the turkey I ate here. Also, they gave us four slices of turkey breast. I finished it all. I didn’t like the ham, my best friend ordered last year. Three of us ordered turkey meal this year, no regret. The good thing about this chain store is they let me reserved for three persons. Not all Marie Callender’s restaurant take reservation of three. Very nice and friendly services. Another place to create good memories at Thanksgiving Day.

It is always exactly what you expect. Nothing extraordinary in terms of food or service, but I have never been disappointed. The place is clean and there is plenty of parking. Longer hours wouldn’t be a problem, but other than that …

Decent banana cream pie… horrible apple pie ! We had high hopes for this apple pie. Just got home served myself and fiancé a slice with a tall glass of cold milk. Cut into the pie notice it was very watery. We still tried to eat it, boy was it extremely sweet. the apple pies at the target frozen food aisle are better then this

I’ve been to this location several times before. However, the last time I went, I ordered the pot roast. BIGMISTAKE! The meat was tough, the sauce had a bitter unpleasant taste, and the the whole thing was grossly overpriced: $ 17.00. Warning, don’t order it. Other than that, the place is OK.

I’ve gone to Marie Calendars for years and lately I’ve always gotten the pot pie trio but substituted a cup of soup for the salad. This is the only location I’ve been to that allowed absolutely no substitutions, even for a small fee. There are plenty of other locations and restaurants that are more customer service focused.

I have always loved Marie’s. Specifically this location, I have tried other«corporate» locations, like Ontario and the food has been significantly different. My family often meets up here for birthdays, mothers day, etc… because of the central location to our houses. Anyways, you really can’t go wrong with Potato Cheese Soup, Pot Pies and my all time favorite the Frisco Burger! YUM! They also have great seasonal pies like Strawberry and Peach in the summer months.

Idiots didn’t tell me the New York Cheesecake is given to you frozen to go! There were 2 in the display case that were thawed. I got home and everybody was ready for cheesecake and it was frozen.

Went for Sunday brunch. The server was excellent. The buffet was very limited and has about 1⁄3 the items of the Ontario restaurant but I thought what they had was a little better quality. So the dilemma is: go to Ontario for more selection and ghetto service, or pick this location with much better service but a lot less food.

Good food. I won’t be coming back here again. I notice a child running around the food prep. area with her long hair shaking from side to side. She look like she was playing there. I let the manager know somebody’s child was playing around the food. She told me that ugh ok. That’s the bar lady s daughter. The her mom and her daughter walled right pass my table and said, don’t shake your head around the food. Gross, rude, and the place smelled bad. I haven’t been to this location in year ‘s. Never again Yuck!

This is only the pie counter since I haven’t dined here. The annual pie sale was happening and we really wanted to take advantage of it. We bought two pies that aren’t listed on their usual menu. Service was great and prompt. Everyone there, even the customers, were so nice.

This location does not serve breakfast. sucks to find that out when you’re seated lol and my mom was denied a container when she wanted to take home the rest of her salad from the salad bar. Really? Who cares. It’s gonna go to waste.

I was relieved that this location made my meal the right way. The last time I as a Marie Callender’s I did not get the plate I was used to so I was severely disappointed and have stayed away since then. Although we went here for Easter Sunday, I had to be a trooper for my family who loves this place. I was kinda surprised how quiet this place was, but, then again, we came around 2PM so we many have missed the rush. Everyone went home full and satisfied.

Received a response from a fellow Unilocaler and thought I would include the message for future eaters to decide to eat at this place or not. Please keep in mind that my reviews are based on personal experiences. From: A former MC employee «I used to work at Marie Callenders until just recently… I moved out of state. Regardless, your statement about the food isn’t correct. We cook turkey breast in the huge ovens and cut it, to order, when people order it. What the problem must be is that your server is putting in your soup and food order at the same time, allowing the turkey dinner to sit under our broiler for too long before bringing it to you. That’s not what a server should be doing so I’m sorry for that. Marie Callenders in Claremont prepares a very large majority of their food in house and not from boxes or cans. I’m sorry that you very obviously didn’t like your meal but we’ve had the same kind of food prep and ingredients for decades. The general management and most of the cooks and prep cooks have all been there for over 20 years.»
