Verizon Wireless / Wireless Plus

This is just a Verizon off the wall retailers, I would advise to wait 10 extra minutes and go to the Montclair plaza… Store, it’s well worth the wait. This is a joke…
My mother 84 year old. Who had walking difficulty and I purchase. two IPad mini, if she wasn’t in so much pain we could of gone else where this whole ordeal lasted almost 2 hours to purchase this, there were no other customers in the store that evening. they told us that they had to order them and would be in the store in a few days. To make a long story short the next morning I was called that it was in… a Pretty fast. They got them from another store, but one of the boxes were open. I asked why he said he had to check it… Why just one, perhaps because it was opened because like he told me someone else didn’t want it… I found a very small. Crack after I bought it home… and brought it back and they refused to return it it because «I» had to of done it… my mistake is that I should of never taken it. and trusted them, this store has no integrity. And WALLY, the associate/​sales man. Didn’t care once the sale was complete… And the DISTRICT MANAGER GEORGE… AGREED WITH HIM WITH NOT EVEN LOOKING AT IT. so now I to pay $ 140 to repair it. This sucks I’m really disappointed… please try to find another store that is 100 percent Verizon. you will save in the end.
