lied to my face about water pump price told me they cost 800 and they normally only run between 250 and 400 — only reason I paid for the installation and warrant was due to the price they gave me asked for cancellation of warranty within 2 days of service and money back for that and told them I wouldn’t have paid that much had they not lied about the price. You can not trust this company — call anyone else.

They came out today and were in and out pretty fast. Pumped our tank twice and replaced a lid. Only complaint? We had another septic company, Environmental Cleaning Systems, come back to us with a quote after we gave AS the go ahead and it was half of what AS quoted us. Not an awesome feeling.
If I had it to do over, would have called a few other companies first. Learned that lesson!
