Mazzio’s Pizza

I recommend that you order you pizza about two hours before your hungry, because that’s about how long it takes them to deliver a pizza. First you will be on hold, listening to their commercials, for about 15 minutes to place your order. Once they take your order the clock starts for the count down to delivery. After placing your order I recommend you go to the movies, take a dip in the pool or any other activities that you enjoy. Heck you could even make yourself a sandwich while you wait. Because it will be a few hours before you get your pizza. Ps… I only gave it one star because I had to pick a star. If I could I would of given it a minus one star.

I have mixed feelings about Mazzios. In my experiences, all locations are quite similar. This location in particular I have ate at quite often. Overall I enjoy Mazzios much better than Pizza Hut, Domino’s, Papa Johns or Little Caesars. This location seems to have a great lunch buffet and would receive a 5 star review if not for my experiences when I order in the evenings. On several occasions the order has been incorrect and/​or I am found to be waiting much longer than what I was told. The call center will more than make up for this locations mistakes however it can become irritating. Living close by I see their drivers speeding through residential areas as well, but that seems to be all of the pizza drivers regardless of company. In conclusion, this Mazzios is 5 stars all the way as long as you arrive before the evening shift. At that point the food and service can begin to suffer. I do however enjoy their food and find it to still be the best pizza place in Claremore.

I like this Mazzios. They have an awesome lunch buffet with a wide assortment of pizza choices. It is clean and the food is always good for a fast food pizza restaurant. I prefer Mazzios over Pizza Hut or other chain pizza places anyday.
