The UPS Store

I’ve never had a problem here. I’ve shipped many packages never had damage, loss or later than the time frame they told me. Sometimes I’ve packed the boxes and sometimes left things for them to pack. It’s a convenient friendly business. Glad to have UPS in Claremore.

Courteous and helpful. It was a simple shipping task to send a box of gifts back home, but she handled it well with a smile. Good job!

ZERO STARS!!! What a Horrible Place!!! The Manager changed the story 3 times on what exactly happened to our valuable family heirloom which was missing from our package that THEY packed. It was packed in a blue box and what we received was an EMPTY BROWN BOX. I wouldn’t trust these people with a Goldfish!!! The Owner isn’t much better as he refused to work with us on the exorbitant cost of my Grandma’s Package that THEY chose the box for. She is 88 years old on a fixed income and they were heartless enough to charge her $ 120 for the Box that THEY chose and refuse to work with us on the over charge. At least after «losing» the $ 1500.00 family heirloom which mysteriously later appeared in their possession… they could give her a break on the exorbitant cost of shipping after all the stress they caused her by their incompetence. The Owner Flat Out REFUSES to Budge on the $ 120 charge for this 88 year old Widow. I have called Corporate and made numerous complaints and am sending an email now. This UPS Store is NOT one I would Ever recommend! In addition, I’ve been calling the Owner, Kent Wilson, to resolve this issue to make my little Grandma whole and he refuses to take my call and his Manager, Jimmy Beth, at the Claremore UPS office Hung up on me and laughed about it! Real classy people run this joint! Rude, Disrespectful, Incompetent and Dishonest! I have never dealt with this type of behavior from a UPS Store. UPS Prides itself on Honesty, Dependability and Friendly staff and owners. This store has NONE of the Great Qualities of UPS Stores Nationwide. The worse part is if they lose your stuff or overcharge you, you are SCREWED because this is owned by Kent Wilson and he has a Franchise and the main UPS Offices can’t control his actions. If you want to be overcharged and your items NOT to get packed and go missing and magically appear again with 3 different shady stories… Go to this Rat Hole! V.
