I went in to drop off a prescription and was treated so badly. The lady behind the counter was so rude.

You can never make a quick trip to WalGreens. The drive-​thru for prescription pickup is excruciatingly slow. Not just occasionally, but consistently. This may be a problem that is isolated to the Claremore, OK., location but the problem is real and should be addressed immediately! If a customer’s prescription is not ready for immediate pickup, they should be required to circle around or to enter the store, no exceptions! WalGreens is currently the only 24 hour game in town, but that is about to change. If management will not address this persistent problem, competition will!
