Ordered a tub refinishing kit from this company. Slow shipping and poor customer service. I ordered my kit on January 30, have called three times and kept being told it was shipped. This morning I demanded a tracking number. I got a tracking number this morning that could not be tracked on UPS yet, so it was never shipped. After all that, they still shipped it UPS ground and didn’t even offer an apology for the hassle.
