Clarence Service Plaza location. As a Scottish friend of mine once said, «I dinnae like this wee Timmie’s Laddie, me Lassie and I think it’s a wee bit tee overpriced Laddie.» I was just at this Horton’s about 2 weeks ago. I come here regularly because it’s 3 – 4 mins from my house whereas the next nearest location is about 10 mins away. However I’m really not a big fan at all. They’re more expensive than the other locations, because they are at a rest stop. And the product is consistent… in the sense that it is consistently awful. 9 out of 10 times it’s either lukewarm or tastes weird or both. OK a Scotsman didn’t say that, but I don’t like when Tim’s overcharges just because it’s on the Thruway, and the coffee here often tastes older and staler than the ones at other local Timmy Ho’s. Why pay more for a less tasty product. The worst Tim Hortons on many levels, order is often wrong, employees extremely rude, coffee usually cold if it’s even the right thing you ordered. And don’t get me started on the unprofessionalisticalityicalness of the servers here.

The servers seemed not to care about customers. Make sure you check your bagels because these guys don’t put any cream cheese on it. Apparently they are saving cream cheese on customers account.
