This is definitely a hidden gem in Clarendon Hills =]! My goodness they have so many beautiful antiques! There’s two buildings, and a second floor filled with vintage items, children’s toys, antiques, jewelry, China, and the list goes on. I’m very impressed by the variety of items. Oh yeah, and they have some very cool vintage furniture! Highly recommend :). I uploaded some pictures, to give you an idea of the stuff they have.

I feel a little sad downtown Clarendon Hills doesn’t get any love… cute coffee shops, couple fun restaurants, a good jewelry shop– all in a couple block area. And no one knows about it. And a really nice surprise– Ebenezer’s. It’s a traditional mix of gift items and mid range traditional antiques.(don’t think quirky/funky, think nice smalls of china and pictures and some cute furniture.) What is really unique is the layout of the store– It’s actually a old 3 bedroom house and they have laid out the things for sale in the proper respective room upstairs. Kitchen stuff in an actual kitchen, the dining room furniture and dishes in the dining room. The table in the dining room is prefectly set with matching dishes and accessories and interesting smalls abound in curio cabinets — great design eye on the store staff! The back«porch» of the store has the«outdoory» sort of items– cast iron garden chairs for $ 60, a huge metal rooster, cute metal bugs for the garden. There is a closet full of old glassware of all kinds and lots of china cups to chose from. I recommend stopping by and checking out the store.
