True… nice apartment and amenities. That’s about it. This place is ‘run’ by incompetent people who have no communication skills or business sense. You must keep on top of things as a parent as they claim to inform you (once) of any late payments or fines. Fines… which are handed out indiscriminately and not following their own policies.
What you kid to get a package? Forget about it. It will sit in the office for weeks and they’ll claim they sent a notice. Go to get it and they’ll claim it never claim even thought it’s within view.
We have other stories from friends who have kids that stayed here. Until the get better management, run away.
