This place is the worst. I don’t know how they stay in business. I’ve been a local contractor for 20 years. I went there 15 years ago and got the run around after buying a kitchen. Recently I was forced to go back because a customer needed to add a few pieces to a 1 year old kitchen, nightmare again. I went at lunchtime and nobody was at the front desk so I walked around for 10 minutes and was ignored by people that had their backs to me on the phones. Went back 2 other times and had the same problem, what a waste of time. Finally the homeowner called and was told the manager was in meetings all day long, what BS. Finally by appointment we were able ti buy the parts, $ 200 worth of moldings and parts they sold for list price for a total of $ 550. What a rip-​off. If I did not need exact matches I would have bought elsewhere for 60% off list. If feel bad for people that go here. Besides the prices the design of the 1 year old kitchen was a thing from about 10 years ago that the poor homeowners should have been talked out of. On average I buy 3 or 4 kitchens a year and no other contractors including me shop here. I guess some fools are helping the owner pay for his $ 100,000+ sports car on the side of the building but it’s not me or anyone I know.

Terrible experience, walked in, guy asked us our budget and when he found out it was about 8K, he wanted nothing to do with us and basically said he wouldn’t be able to help us out with that kind of budget… I forgot 8 grand was chump change… If you’re looking for quality cabinets with good prices go to Kitchen Surplus in Keyport off rt 35… place is amazing.
I wouldn’t step foot in this joint again if my life depended on it.
