A wonderful job! Bill and his team did a beautiful job installing new gutters on our home. Bill and his guys truly are the «gutter guys» and experts to be counted on. Customer service has been exceptional before and after the sale — I can’t recommend these folks more.

I see the Gutter Guys haven’t changed! They put in our gutters about 10yrs. ago and during the first rain we had water pouring into the wall of our bedroom and soaking our new carpet. All we got was a «so?» attitude and no offer to fix or figure out why. Turns out the seams weren’t crimped in the downspout over the corner of our bedroom and the rainwater siphoned right into the wall. We had to pay another company to find this and fix it. (a simple fix). Interesting to see that Gutter Guys attitude hasn’t changed.

We had recommendations for Gutter Guys from fellow residents in Verde Santa Fe Subdivision. Like the previous comments, we were NOT happy with their work nor their customer service. I would NOT recommend them to anyone. We did not get the product we asked for (seamless gutter on our home) and when we complained, we were basically told «tough». Sadly, we’d already paid them. We have MORE gutter work to have done on our home but it will NOT be with Gutter Guys. VERY unprofessional company!

We hired Gutter Guys SEAMLESS Rain Gutters to hang gutters on our home. We were NOT satisfied at all with the job that was done. First of all, in order for them to save money and not have to send a two man crew, we did NOT get a SEAMLESS gutter installed! They made two sections and put them together, thus making the whole reason to have SEAMLESS… nil! They used brackets that were supposed to be closer together, but they spaced them further apart than they were supposed to be… also to save money. We called and complained and they ended up cussing out a family member, and they hung up on us! Can you imagine? This is good customer service?! I wish I hadn’t paid them in full, because now… I will have to hire someone to come and do it right. I do NOT recommend them for any work and their lack of professionalism is inexcusable!
