If you haven’t been here in a while, check it out. Ruby Tuesday is constantly changing its menu and has had its ups and downs, but I really like the current menu. I had the buffalo chicken sandwich with grilled zucchini. Both were excellent. The ingredients were quality and fresh. I would also recommend the quesadilla. My friend had the pork chop and she really enjoyed hers as well.

I’m sorry, I tried to give this place it’s best shot, but really it was impossible. So we walked in, and were completely ignored for a good two minutes. People were looking at us, and in that moment I sincerely felt that I was already done and wanted to go someplace else. Then, a girl walks by(turned out to be the hostess) and doesn’t say a word but grabs a child booster seat and walks away. So now we’re into 3 – 4 minutes and were still waiting, only for the girl to return to seat us. I would’ve been fine if she had said«I’ll be with you in a moment», or anything instead of making myself feel unwanted and not needed. Anyway, we were seated and greeted by a very pushy server. He basically wouldn’t take no for an answer on appetizers that he suggested, and then proceeded to describe to me the content of an appetizer I had not asked about and was completely not interested in. After this, we had ordered two burgers prime and some fries. The burgers were fine, until later that night when we developed a form of food illness. After many trips to the bathroom and the poor service, me and K came to the conclusion that we will never return to this location. I could’ve had a better meal somewhere else.

Food is as you would expect I’d you’ve ever been to Ruby Tuesday. My only comment is on how poorly this place is managed. We were made to wait 15 minutes despite there being 5 empty tables visible from the front door. Throughout our dinner, there were constantly people waiting for a table and there were no less than 5 empty tables at a time. At one point, one of the waiters stated that his entire section was empty. The host replied that the kitchen couldn’t keep up. So, if you have time to wait for no good reason, you should go here. If I were the owner, I’d be outraged that the staff was purposefully costing me money.

Service was slow. Took about five minutes before anyone knew I was there. The waitress was too busy eating to come wait on me. I had to get my own silverware. The salad bar was almost out of clean cold plates. It was out of the mixed lettuce, black olives, and sunflower kernels. The onions, green peppers, and broccoli were not cut up small, like at the one I usually eat at. The cheese fries were given to me cold and they were terrible. When I come back to this town for work, I will avoid this place.

Nice place. Seems clean with nice employees. Love the salad bar. Prices seem a little on the higher end.

Over priced, too dark. They used to have a brunch that was pretty good. We don’t frequent Ruby Tuesday much anymore. I bet we haven’t been back for over a year. To me it is a more expensive Applebees.

Sat at the bar as usual while dining alone. Thai phoon shrimp? Tastes okay, not great. It is described as being in a sweet and spicy sauce but there was no spicy at all and very little sweet. Nothing more than soggy, breaded, small shrimp. Shrimp and grits on the other hand? Wow, this was actually really good. Much bigger shrimp than in the app, good meal-y, creamy grits, reasonably spicy coin-sized pieces of sausage and a decent sauce to bring it all together. The shrimp tasted like gulf shrimp with its slight sweetness. The sausage was tasty as well. Solid dish. Had a local scotch ale which was a nice addition. It was a late lunch and not crowded so there was no problem with service. Not a bad experience. Can’t say much about the rest of the menu but the shrimp and grits was a definite star.

Not a great experience. We got the queso dip appetizer, chicken broccoli pasta, and sirloin and lobster tail. I also had a mojito. The drink was horrible, but was presented well. Our food was mediocre at best. Nothing to write home about and nothing I’d go back for. Our waiter was very nice and attentive but apparently the«new guy». We would have never known had it not been for his obnoxious trainer following him around announcing it to everyone and double checking every step he took. I think there’s nothing worse in a restaurant than having someone come by literally every 3 minutes to ask the same questions over and over. We couldn’t even have a conversation with each other bc of it.

If you’re looking for a reasonably quick sit-down meal(with healthier options) after pounding the pavement on I-79 for hours, they’ve got your number. Like other Ruby Tuesday locations they’ve got a well-stocked salad bar along with a menu of fairly standard American fare. I’ve found the service here to be quick and accurate. Your mind likely won’t be blown, but you probably won’t be disappointed either.

Very average food but the wine list was not bad for this area. I would go back for a good salad and a good glass of wine.
