I had Complete Home Inspections come out to my house over a decade ago, and was so impressed with the service, they were the first, and only call I made when buying a new home this summer.
We arrived for our noon appointment to discover that Rick had already been on the roof, evaluated much of the exterior, and had an extensive list of insights and tips. When deficiencies were found, he offered helpful suggestions, as well as insight for future changes.
Everyone appreciated that he got down to business, knew exactly what to look for, and didn’t feel the need to «put on a show» for anybody. Yet, he’s an extremely friendly guy, and though I had worked with him in the past, he instilled a strong sense of confidence with everyone there.
An absolute professional at every angle. Before he left, I had my report on my phone via e-​mail, in addition to a hard copy. We had all the information we needed to make a decision on the spot.
