While my floor is truly beautiful, there were some hiccups. My check was lost, had to rewrite a new one and stop payment on the old one, only one guy was sent for the install so I had to help move my large furniture and it took 13 hours, Not enough carpet was ordered, so I had to wait a week to have my very small hallway finished.
